staff were absolutely fantastic with me today, i came in as a busy mum with zero confidence in myself and feeling a little lost in mum life if honest, i left feeling a little more glam and a little more me again. it’s amazing what some great jewellery paired with great customer service can do.

Staff at this store are very friendly and honest. I purchased a great piece of jewellery at an unbeatable price (more then half price of) and wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase if it wasn’t for the genuine customer service they provide. Would recommend buying your gold from here as the quality is second to none.

Don't go to this shop unless you buy cheap.
They packed my item in small box which caused damaged/bend the item.

I noticed this when I went to exchange the item as it was larger in size. Horrible sales person pointed its been bended and they made judgement saying "someone wore it and bended" and they didn't exchange it and realized it's because of their poor packaging.

Terrible customer service, especially from the younger lady working there. Takes your number for an order and never bothers calling you. Lacks confidence and knowledge. Unprofessional conduct to say the least.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE especially from the Manager they just want to take your money and don’t really care about you TERRIBLE COMPANY PEOPLE PLEASE BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE that know about customer service clearly they wouldn’t have a clue That Manager there should go. I bought some earrings from there the stupied Manager didn’t put the part of earring in the Box she lost it blaming me when l rang her she wouldn’t let me get a word in and actually hanged up on me

Came in requesting a pair of ear rings. They showed me a selection of different ones and decide to make a purchase only to find out once I get home that I only get 1 and not 2 when I clearly stated I needed a pair. I call them back to see if there's been a mistake and lady tells me she assumed I only wanted 1 despite making it clear I needed a pair. I paid 60 dollars for fake diamond and on top of that they don't offer refunds but there more then happy to trade the 1 stud they sold me for a pair thats only worth 25 dollars which is less then half of the value of what I paid for. What an absolute joke this is. Good job, you've earned worst customer service award 👏👍
