Suddenly I’ve got interest for pandora bracelets I went to watergander pandora nice service blonde girl was helpful and welcomed,the reason why didn’t buy unfortunately this beauty changes the colour need to be very careful no water no parfum she said that🙁

Good friendly staff, I wanted to gift my wife her first Pandora bracelet, help me through different design as I didn't knew much about Pandora. Well managed store.

Wanted to write a review as people always seem to write about their negative experiences and never about the good. Over the weekend I came into the Watergardens store and was served by such a welcoming and lovely sales person her name by memory was Jenny she was so accommodating and made me feel special. I was shopping for my niece and ended up buying myself something also 10/10 service highly recommend.

I have just dealt with 2 staff members at the Watergardens store regarding a broken clasp on my bracelet and let me say these 2 girls went over and beyond with customer service, for memory their names were G and Leah.
I had a bracelet that the clasp had broken off and I was hoping to have fixed (it was 2 years old) and they couldn’t be more helpful. They just replaced the whole bracelet, it was a pleasure dealing with these girls and I wanted to let people know, Good Work Ladies 👏👏👏

Great store, was served by I believe Hayden, he was very patient and helped me find what I was after (even though I had no idea what I was looking for) showed me lots of options and didn't hesitate to try and find what I needed, had a great chat too while I was being served at the counter
Great customer service will definitely be back in the future!

In and our in 5 mins, just showed the photos of what I wanted from the site when I got there and it was quickly packed up and paid for. Mrs was also happy with the gift so winning all round

I would like to acknowledge and thank the wonderful service Tayla provided to my Grandmother and I while we were shopping this morning. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was warm and courteous throughout. She made my Grandmother feel special and for that I am grateful. Thank you again Tayla!

During the busy Christmas period I was greeted by Aysel, she spent twenty minutes presenting me with beautiful alternatives and suggestions within my budget. She was polite, understanding and patient considering the chaos of last minute Christmas shopping.

While I was in-store she noticed that I was wearing a few Pandora rings and asked when I had purchased them. I explained to her that they spanned over an 8 year period; she followed by asking if I had ever had them cleaned. I responded with 'never', as that had never crossed my mind. Aysel asked me to bring them in and explained that it was an in-store service Pandora provided free of charge - something I had been completely unaware of! I was so excited and informed her that I would be back after the Christmas period.

In February I had gone back in with the fear she may not remember me. Surely enough, she did - another surprise as it had been so busy during our initial meeting.

The condition of my rings had ranged from aged, new, bent, discoloured - you name it. Some, I truly thought were done for in the condition they were in and had contemplated throwing them out. Aysel spent roughly another 15-20mins with me reshaping them, educating me on how to care for them, the T's & C's of the warranty and materials they are made of. She also asked me to provide any receipts that I had to see if we would be able to replace any. To my absolute surprise (again) we could!

I was astounded, as no one had ever taken the time and care to try and help me revive them. I felt that Aysel truly cared about my Pandora experience. Some of my Pandora jewelry holds great sentimental value, and I am eternally grateful. I now have eleven rings that look as good as new! If she ever happens to read this review; Thank-you from the bottom of my heart for your customer care and service. It was by far the BEST, and wholesome experience I have ever had with any sales assistant across the industry. I would like to also apologise for my delay of this review; I have been too preoccupied looking at my fingers!

I look forward to coming in again soon. Pandora, please look after Aysel; She is every business's dream.

A big HUGE thank you to Aysel from the Watergardens branch of Pandora for absolutely making my day!!
Unfortunately my daughters bracelet had been lost after only a week of wearing as it was too big even after having a staff member check the size for me.
I visited the WG store this morning for a different reason however mentioned what has happened a few days ago.
Aysel gave my daughter a new bracelet as it was a store error.
So Grateful and cannot even believe she was able to do this, I just thought it would be our fault.
Thank you for making my day and good luck for the rest of your ramedan(?), you are a blessing!!

Attention to mangers I'd like to mention how I was so impressed with the service I received yesterday from a long blonde haired woman she was AMAZING I was so stressed when I walked in there cause I needed to get a present and I was running out of time the blond hair woman was Caring and attentive to how I was feeling she knew exactly what I was looking for .

Today I bought a gift for a friend and had the pleasure to be served by Gulsua. She was wonderful and I couldn't of asked for better service.

Brought our niece a charm and was told we had a discount voucher to use and was told there was a nicer version of the same charm so got than one and used the discount.

Big Thankyou to Jenny, you made my first ever Pandora purchase so easy considering the store was so busy at the time I never felt rushed. Will definitely be back 😃
