Was travelling through town and needed to make a warranty claim. They were very helpful and able organise it over the phone before we got there. it was a easy swap when we got there very helpful

Purchased a Garmin watch on busy boxing day. Sales reps were very friendly and helpful. They price beat by 10% and I was even offered some lollies in the checkout queue. 👍

Unfortunately, my jacket ripped while on holiday. Purchased from another store. The folks at Anaconda Belmont were very helpful and quick to offer return or exchange. Thanks so much for getting me back in rain gear for my holiday!

I stay in Werribee, and Hoppers Crossing is my closest store. I would rather drive out all the way here to Geelong because we get better customer service. Every aisle we walk into, there is a worker asking if we need help. I was shocked because there's never staff available in hoppers crossing. It's a horrible wait at the counter because there is only one staff member at the counter ever bloody week we go there for fishing gears. Every staff member here in geelong sre awesome! Thanks for the services.

Went to Anaconda again today, and the Store Manager who was working the floor took the time to give good advice with the clothing I wanted to buy.
Helped with brands and that old thickness/warmth conundrum, and I can happily say, sitting here typing this on a particularly chilly Geelong day in my new gear, I am very pleased with the recommendations.
A young staff member had no trouble checking stock room for sizes. Check out young man was really pleasant as well. Great staff.
I love this store for all round really nice service, from service to check out, and just generally good prices (30% off the Mountain Designs stuff I bought today - :) )
Appreciate the good management and staff, which add to the shopping experience.
NOT taking a star off for the dressing rooms, but PLEASE? FOR ME?? FOR HUMANITY??? I would buy more with a door and good lighting and some room (HINT, HINT). :)

My wife purchased a couple of pairs or Nike running shoes from here recent. The specials were well placed and there were no pushy salespeople continually annoying her. We've been here plenty of times and bought everything from clothes to kayaks and portable toilet chemicals. It's a great store, in an easy to get to location. Plenty of parking both outdoor and under cover.

The store is pretty good but the 5 stars is for Steve. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the gear and honest as the day is long.
I keep going back to ask him which one I should buy and if he's not there I walk out and come back another time.
A1 Steve. Best customer service.

Really good got some cool kayaks at a great price plus pfd's oars etc...everything from the one shop super friendly staff too....

Exceptional service by Steve when I took my mountain bike in for a service. Within 15 minutes, he had the wheels spinning straight, gears changing smoothly, brakes tightened, and all clean, all the while answering all my questions. His knowledge was second to none. All this for a measly $20. Excellent!!!

Called up before our visit to the store to confirm availability of a particular item. Got great service over the phone, and in store. We managed to find what we were looking for.. gold panning sieves! We ended up finding gold that same day. Woo hoo!

Bought a tent here a week ago.
Joined their club program to receive club price (no personal info required).
The tent ripped itself apart in the wind.
Took it back for a refund.
Glad to report that this process was simple and no fuss.
(The clerk didn't even check if the bag actually contained the tent.)

I visited this store Dec 2017 to grab a couple of shimano surf rods. I was really impressed with the amount of fishing gear, the brands and the genuine sale items. I ended up getting 4 sublimated fishing shirts which were a bargain at 2 for $70. Was given great friendly service by Heath and two blonde girls. I have an injury and they even walked the items to my car for me. I'll definitely be back with great customer service like that. Have a great Christmas guys and girls! Thanks!

Anaconda Geelong have the most amazing staff, I just can’t thank them enough. I rang today, a big sale day, Paris was so helpful and placed my item away on hold until I arrived to collect, than it was ‘oh yes you’re Loretta, I have your item out the back, they trolleyed it out the front, chatted about additional features and before I knew it I was on my way again full of admiration for the staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with handling a large boxed item I purchased , ( carried to the front of the store so I could continue shopping)
