Taylor’s lakes customer service is excellent as compare to Melton store. Staff on floor in computer section negotiated the best price and it’s always good to see the same old staffs. Nidhi at the counter is very empathetic, she genuinely put herself in customer’s shoes 5 stars to Nidhi✨🌟🤩

After dreading every time I have had to enter the Taylor’s Lakes store due to the lack of customer service and never having any help even though there are team members watching you look confused… My faith has been restored by a woman named Dawn! For the first time I was actually approached and didn’t have to approach someone, Dawn was not only warming and very funny she catered to our every need going above and beyond to help us. If I could give Dawn the 5 stars personally, I would!

Amazing customer service and help. I was served by Nidhi and she was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The smallest of gestures with just a lovely conversation and a few laughs shared together made the experience of shopping even more wonderful. Thankyou so much Nidhi!

I purchased a washing machine from GOOD GUYS @ Watergardens. The whole process was so smooth coz I didn’t know which washer to go with but NIDHI GUPTA @ this good guys was great help. As a lazy person who hates cleaning, I am totally in love with the Bissel Cross Wave Cordless Max! It vacuums and mops at the same time, cutting down the time spent keeping our hardwood floors looking amazing. Ive also used it on the tiles in the wet areas and it works fantastically well there too. Its really easy to use with the cleaning solution and I was horrified when I saw the water in the dirty chamber. Its great as the clean water and dirty water are kept separate and the self clean function takes care of the roller mop.I can do the whole house using the large area markings on the clean water compartment and the battery lasts the whole time too, about 30 minutes all up for me. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended 😃

Ethan was a pleasure to deal with in swapping my TV I purchased a couple weeks ago with a change of mind. Super easy to deal with and top service considering I hadn't purchased the original TV from this store.

Olivia is a wonderful employee. She helped direct me to the right person(tech) who was a friendly man but more interested in porting me to telstra than helping me with what I actually needed. Olivia then served me and followed up how I went with my querie. I told her I didn't really get much help and she apologised and told me that she could assist me and she did. The best thing she did for me was to ask, and be genuinely interested in helping me. Even though I couldnt find what I was looking for, I made other purchases because of her great customer service and warming smile. She is an asset.

Recently I bought Bosch glass cooktop and It was short of supply everywhere in vic and preorder based. Wait time was more than 4 months . Nidhi has done exceptionally great job with following up every week with the suppliers prioritising the customer need and has been updating . Thanks a lot Nidhi for your great customer service.

This one time I went to the good guys and I purchased a HP ENVY Inspire 7920e AIO Printer and it changed my life. I was previously going through severe depression and substance abuse issues, but upon stumbling upon this immaculately lavish and laviscious institution, it changed my life. I guess you could say that they really are the Good Guys.

We've had great customer service from Ethan, Hemal, Nidhi and their manager Reece. From helping us with the products to giving us great prices, it was a great experience. We will definitely come back to these salesmen as they value your time and don't handball you around if they don't earn much commission from the sale. 5 star service!

Great experience here. Good old fashion customer service provided by Dominic. He was knowledgeable,friendly and went out of his way to assist without having to ask.

Bought myself a dishwasher on friday and then came back on monday to buy fridge and another dishwasher for my dad. There was a sale over the weekend where all products were 15% off, and on sunday night i had major difficulty buying the fridge and second dishwasher due to the high customer volume online. When i went into store i spoke with the lovely Domenic and Ethan and they honoured the 15% discount we missed out on on friday AND gave us the best price they could for the fridge and second dishwasher we couldn’t buy online. We ended up getting a better price for everything by going into store than buying online through the sale! Safe to say we’ll be back for the rest of our appliances!
