I have to say, I'm hard to impress but Steve did amazing work on my ACER Laptop when the hard drive died. He recovered all my important data, especially all the word files for the novel I was writing. It was five months' worth of writing and researching and I thought it was all gone, when the thing went into an automatic repair loop, grey screen of death.

The thing was running really slow and was glitchy as hell, but now it's super-fast. He loaded up windows 11 and setup everything for easy access.

I got out of the situation for less than $300, I would definitely recommend Steve, brilliant work mate.

Great guy who knows his stuff and is very down to earth. I thought it was cool how I was able to sit nearby for the laptop tear down and watch everything that was happening while Steve explained what was going on with minimal jargon, which was appreciated.

Steve repaired a laptop hardware issue which took about an hour and a half and was priced very reasonably at $100.

This was my first experience with computer repairs and I only have the best things to say about Steve. Will be a returning customer should I run into any more tech complications and will happily recommend friends and family in the area.

Steve recently May 2024 replaced my aging computer after a hardware crash.
His service and assistance is second to none.
His price was very reasonable and he used quality components.
He managed to recover many of my files and added extra's to my computer to ensure backups are done more regularly.
His communication and pleasant demeanor was so reassuring.
He also exhibited his gentleman traits which he is renowned for.

Steve was great! He helped me fix up my new laptop with my new email address and copied all my old files across, he was quick and great value. I would recommend him for all your PC Repairs.

Recently I needed assistance to diagnose an issue with a computer that was 10 years old.
Constant freezing of the screen, crashing at random moments and other bugs were causing a lot of down time.
I found Steve's PC repairs through an on line search and found the reviews positive.
After advising the problems over the phone, Steve offered to drive to my address, collect the computer and run diagnostic checks.
After persisting for 48 hours it was determined that the computer was indeed to old and a replacement build was suggested with all data/ files from the old computer, transferred across.
This was achieved at a very reasonable / competitive price and returned to my address within 7 days of the initial collection.
Steve than spent an hour at no extra cost, helping with instillation and updating the new computer with old passwords, locating email contacts and completing the set up.
Most impressed with the professional service, knowledge and work completed.

Steve was amazing. My PC had the a problem that I couldn't solve myself. I ended up taking my tablet that had stopped turning on and my laptop that running very slow as well. Steve sorted out all the problems. I was very happy and talked me through what he was doing so I felt confident with him.
