I Can Jump Puddles

My son received his NDIS plan in Feb 2023, we needed a Functional Capacity Assessment done and I cannot recommend Ben the Physio enough! He was so engaging with us and our son, as well as very in depth with the assessment and captured everything regarding our son’s capacity. We managed to get an early review of his funding, and the NDIS accepted the proposal in the assessment. We cannot thank Ben and the I Can Jump Puddles team enough.

Working with Jesse has been an absolute pleasure. He is a very well mannered, positive young man who is always on time, very dedicated and a wonderful role model for my 8 year old son. Love having Jesse as both a support worker through Hire Up and a therapy assistant through I Can Jump Puddles.
Definitely recommend Jesse. He juggles many different roles and is great at all of them !

Our NDIS plan co- ordinator Lisa is from I Can Jump Puddles. I cannot speak highly enough of the support and advice she has given us over the last few years. I can ask her any question regarding his plan and she promptly responds and follows up information when necessary. She is proactive, reminding us when the plan is due for review and spends time going through it and my son’s needs beforehand. She has also been a great advocate for us when dealing with the NDIA. We receive a copy of her logged service each time and communication from ICJP is excellent .

Very impressed with I Can Jump Puddles. Focus and effort is always placed on therapy goals and progress. Highly recommend.

Amazing 'I Can...' programs in school holidays available for NDIS participants and siblings/friends (private funded)

I do not recommend this service provider for a Developmental Educator. Twice they cancelled my son's sessions without letting me know, when I questioned it I was told someone was meant to call me, I am sorry but this is not good enough, it shows a lack of professionalism and care. Another issue is we were not given the courtesy to have a final session with his original DE who was transferred to a different area, they simply cancelled his appointment without any communication at all. We were then allocated a new DE who they knew could not continue regular sessions with my son as she had been promoted, not that this was a great loss as she spent more time talking about herself and on her phone than engaging with my son. The final DE we were allocated had little to no experience working in the field. When I provided feedback I got the usual generic response with no genuine acknowledgement of the issues I raised. The main issue from my experience really lies with the operations manager Marg I found her disingenuous with her approach to quality support.

Be Wary of I Can Jump Puddles Support Coordination My First Coordinator here was amazing she left ( i can see why) and the new one put the bare minimum level in i did most of the work then when i was put at risk and needed help i was left at risk and ignored by Jess and when i queried this and said i need help its you're job to be doing this she magically changed roles and there at capacity english meaning the to hard basket and cya later ( my new support coordinator with a better company has done more in a week than my one here did in 6 months) I can Jump Puddles will leave you at risk and dump you if you have the audacity to complain or ask for help shame on them
