Floors 2 go went above and beyond to help us pick the most appropriate floors for our new home. They provided exceptional service and were easy to contact. The tradesmen did a fantastic job and were very thorough in their work. The floors look great in our house and the product is of very high quality.

Floors 2 Go were great from the beginning of my enquiry until the finish of the 2 jobs. I first liked the way Lani provided information with out pushing a sales pitch. The quote was very fairly priced.

Over wooden floor boards, we replaced carpets in the bedrooms, and the gentleman that laid them was punctual, polite and did a great job. We got Quick Step Classic 8mm Laminate in the living areas. Carrabba Flooring were fantastic installing the laminate professionally and quick!
The only thing I may have done differently throughout is, I would have had a better look at the Quick Step website for more information on care, choices etc.
We have a pretty hectic household and the floors look fantastic and are very hardy and easy to maintain.

Second time we have used Floors 2 Go (first on our daughters home, this time on our own). From the initial consult with Dean, the installation of floors for our whole house (and what great and professional guys they were) to the completion of the job it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman ( I think his name was Mark ) that did all the installing was amazing and patient as he cut the carpet around the slate of all 5 open fire places ... looks wonderful ... During the past 18 months of home renovations I have had 10 indoor plantation shutters, a door screen and 6 outdoor roller shutters installed by Blinds2 Go. I also had a full upstairs and stair case of engineered wood installed by Floors2Go The service was friendly, efficient and all perfectly installed. Excellent service and exceptional value. We have used Martin and Dean to re do our floors - both carpet and hybrid flooring in two different properties - we have been so happy each time. We have recommended their work to other homeowners who have now also used them with great success. Because they offer a service which is so competitive and such good quality, we would consider Floors 2 Go first of all at any time in the future.

Just want too thank Lani, Mark and all the team at floors2go. We had such a great experience getting our new carpet laid. From the consult to the final product we could not be happier. I had put off getting my elderly Mum new carpet in her bedroom and hallway, for years, due to the drama and expense. The whole process with Floors2go was easy, pleasant and affordable. I later wanted new carpet for the spare room. Lani visited and managed to get an off cut of the same carpet which was promptly laid and flows perfectly. The only way to go for your flooring needs is Floors2Go!

Highly recommend Floors 2 Go a South Australian owned family company. The process from viewing, ordering and installation of carpets was easy.
A professional company, friendly staff and great customer service was received by Lani and the team, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered the opportunity to take some samples home to check the colour in our home’s natural light. Upon our decision to chose Flinders Gorge Beltana Loop, Lani ensured stock was available from the SA manufacturer. Booked an installation date that worked with both our schedules. The installer arrived at the stated time, performed his work in a professional manner. Very extremely happy with the end result.

We had an excellent experience with Floors-2-Go SA and their fantastic team, including Martin. We used them for our first build, selecting waterproof floorboards throughout the home and carpet in the bedrooms. We were so happy with this choice and the great service that we decided to use the same team and flooring for our second build. Definitely recommend!
