Very disappointing experience. When globally people have be kind to people experiencing issues. ACE parking forced me to pay the 'entire months' fee as per the rules set by them. They don't have a realization that how people are struggling - but even asking for a waiver couple of times that the parking permit is not required, they forced me to pay full months notice amount. Extremely disappointing experience, where they are forcing you to pay. I hope I never have to deal with them ever again.
