Van Heusen Harbour Town Adelaide

I have shopped here a few times over the past 2 years and I highly recommend Van Heusen Harbor Town, the staff are always accommodating and willing to help. Most recently I went in as I have gone down a size, the gent helped measure me and recommended a different fit and even congratulated me. Due to work I often just order clothes online however given the service I happily drive across town from Kensington to go in store at Harbor Town.

Great service! Simon, I think his name was, was super friendly and helpful when I came in to look into some new work shirts. Helped me work out my sizing and then assisted in getting me some great looking shirts. Will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff with some good bargains. Great shirts. In terms of constructive feedback, I have been there on Sunday at start of business and found staff are very late to open up. For example, last Sunday the 11th April no one was there at commencement and I waited 15 minutes and still no one came.

Went to Van Heusen looking for a suit and had a poor sales experience. Not only was the male who assisted us insulting towards my size, he was also brash and very inattentive as though we were wasting his time.
Truth is it was my time wasted considering this would be a quality option. Never will consider this brand in any future purchase following this experience.

What a unprofessional customer service guy. Not letting the cutomers try clothes before 15 minutes telling that they are closing in 2 minutes and also in such a rude way . Also , felt like he didnt even wanted to show the options and ranges of clothes . Very bad experience .

I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed. Rude service and clearly the workers do not have any manners. It won’t kill you to say hi. Never coming back here again.

I would give minus raiting if that would be possible. The guys in the front counter with spex is pretty rude and “RACIST” . I have never faced such a thing in Australia except this store. I would advice everyone to use your money in a good shop rather than increasing business of such people. For sure i will never come to this store again.
