Be warned the ATM states you can add 40 notes at a time however insert in lots of 4 because staff have agreed they can miscount and i have had a some deposits down by $100!! The machine starts rejecting notes then asks you to accept the amount still in ATM so last time i said NO and my missing $100 was fed back out!!

Very rude... Wife took the kids coins they found while metal detecting and not only does this a bank not accept change over the counter and instead make you use a machine, the machine jammed up when a couple damaged coins where entered and asking for help was like pulling teeth, she was confronted by a rude lady that didn't have the time of day to be worried about someone with a few coins and huffed and puffed cause she had to fix the jammed machine.
Not our fault this branch lacks customer service,and opts to replace real service with machine's.
What shall we do with damaged coins? Throw them in the bin?
Or go to another bank?
