I need to give a shout out to Laura and Elisha from St John WA. On Friday night I unfortunately was in the position where I had to call 000 for an ambulance for a loved one. Laura and Elisha took such good care of him, they calmed me down and even took the time to make sure our daughters were ok. The care they provided is there usual day but to us it is something we won't forget. The world needs more Laura's and Elisha's.

Not for the first time, I've been more than helped by the amazing people at St John's Ambulance. I was into an AF episode and found what others couldn't in a few minutes.
Professional, first class and life saving. I will always be grateful 🙏

Great course. Everyone was welcoming from the time you walked in to the time you left. Not once was I left out or felt that the course was going too fast for me. Hands on practise was great and sooooo important to understand how to perform the required tasks and have a little experience on what it may feel like. Life is so precious why wouldn't you want to help someone keep theirs in a time of need.

Just had a course with Andreas, it’s my third time doing a first aid course but this was definitely the best, very informative and funny guy!! Wouldn’t have asked for a better session ! The man deserves a raise !!!

I have recently completed a St John course and recommend everyone who works, has children and older parents to consider completing a course for yourself and for your loved ones.

A really good and comprehensive 1 day course. I did mine in Rockingham with Mel and she was just awesome. 3 days after my refresher I had to perform CPR on my neighbour who had a heart attach.
Do the course as you never know what emergency you will come across in life.

I honestly don't know what will we do without St John Ambulance. We have called them so many times for my mother and they have been so quick to come, always polite, friendly and very professional....better than some of the doctors and nurses I think. Good course, great instructors, online booking/pre-course requisites site needs reviewing. Not very clear. Make sure you do the online questions before you turn up to do the practical course.

Completed the course online & practical at Kelmscott. Monica was our trainer. Monica was extremely professional, knowledgeable, organised and very thorough. Answered all questions by participants without any hesitation. The online was well structured and covered all aspects of the course. The practical was exceptionally well organised. I would not do training anywhere else now as i learnt so much from this St Johns Course. Excellent training Monica, by far the best i have had in all my years! Thanks St John.

Everyone’s usually nervous when First Aid is mentioned, but these classes really set you at ease whilst conveying the seriousness of the skills taught in class.

I really enjoyed my CPR course at St John's. The instructor, Ros, made the day go so smoothly. She was very good at her job.

First Aid training provided by St John's in Kalbarri recently was absolutely superb, Terri from Gero is a brilliant educator who has the knack of inspiring confidence in a variety of learners to comfortably learn, practice and gain competence in a full range of basic but vital first aid techniques.
Everyone should do this course!

To put it simply - Kumar is by far the best trainer that I have met to date. He injects a uniquely personal and compassionate perspective, that I found genuinely inspirational - Unlike other courses, when you are clock-watching and just wanting to get the sign-off on your certificate, Kumar's enthusiasm, good humour, sharing of personal experience and compassion really shone through for me.

Great course! Instructor was very informative and made you feel engaged. Recommend to only refresh with the professionals. Well done St John!

Being a weekend, running the courses, the canteen isn't open and you are informed to the fact, after you arrive, but tea and coffee you make yourself, is provided.. Some people need to have a biscuit with tea/coffee for morning tea so it would be a good idea to suggest people to bring their own if they need to. Lunch is available down the street, but you have to drive which takes time out of the lunch break. You need to be aware of the time frames.

I completed the CPR refresher course with pre-reading and assessment done prior to the course at home. The practical component of the course was short, sharp and sweet and if you are wanting a quick and efficient CPR refresher course, this is the one for you.

The advanced resuscitation course offered by St John (Perth) is a truly worthwhile experience, easily managed by ordinary everyday persons. It will give you life saving skills absolutely

A terrific course where you will learn not to fear emergency situations but to react in a measured way with the knowledge that if you follow what you have learned you may help to save a life. You do not have to remember everything if you download the SJA App and remember basic procedures - call for assistance, check for breathing, commence CPR or place breathing patient in recovery position until help arrives.
