Claim the help domestic violence victims but not if you "earn to much"

Handed me keys to a property based on one of the older female clerks math and was told i WAS eligible,

Waited till i arrived back 2 - 3 hrs later to then say i "earn too much" , not a phone call or message to let me know of there mistake

And when i was told the orginal female clerk had a smirk and was too happy to tell me i was now not eligible

Apparently i was $100 over the cap
Which as a single parent, we all know you never have $100 extra

No compassion, and they dont help people in domestic abuse situations as they claim.

I had even provided them my doctors note in my orginal application supporting me
I have now suffered more due to this situation

So remember if your in a domestic abuse situation dont "earn too much"

We have been constantly harassed by one of Fremantles ‘ disruptive behaviour‘ employees over a neighbour complaining about their dog having anxiety and we being too noisy even on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm which confuses us as Melville Council states 7 to 7. You’re allowed to have construction noise ?? I want to also say what came to our attention a month ago by the neighbour directly behind us who told this particular officer that he had been making the noise and the other neighbour had it confused he then told us that he put it in writing to them yet this officer failed to tell us that, and kept two strikes to our name and then implied I had intimidated that neighbour, into saying this, and proceeded in trying to kick us out ? I’m almost certain this officer knows the people next door and I don’t know who to contact to have her reprimanded or at very least investigated- she has even gone as far as to hand-delivere warning notices and complaints to our letterbox, which tells me its not r ppla going through the proper channels, therefore not being recorded ?? why would you do this ???We look after this property A class we have increased the value of the property of at least 100 K since being here for four years, We are never late with our bills and we’re always in front with our rent and water How or who do we complain to regarding these individual /people ??? at the end of the day we’re in homes West, not because we want to be but
as because we have no choice. We’re trying to recover our savings from a bad run of my children’s mother committing suicide, and then my son getting cancer which exhausted all of our savings over the three year run it took to beat it, now this -,
constantly on edge thinking we’re going to be kicked out for nothing, regularly threatened, and half pie stood over by this woman can somebody please point me in the right direction.

Their finance department is an unorganised and unhelpful nightmare to deal with. Beware when providing maintenance to their properties as they will pay your invoice 8-10 weeks later… and only if you hassle them.

Forced to relive my trauma over and over again. The Department of Communities 'three strikes' policy is woefully inadequate and neglectful to the people they claim to serve - the community. An employee called today and told me they had not read my complaint before calling. They have never 1. prefaced a call by saying that it could be distressing, 2. provided a rationale for asking for information I have already provided, 3. advised of their qualifications for conducting a call of this nature; as far as I know they are not psychologists, police detectives or soliciters with mental health training. By the end of the call I was shaking and hyperventilating. No support numbers were provided.

Funny how the DCP are supposed to be seen as acting independently yet only advertise publicly how women can get help for being the victim of domestic violence and how men can get help for being the perpetrator of domestic violence.
When an employee of the DCP was asked about this their response was that everyone knows men are responsible for domestic violence problems. Seems to be subjected to perception and bias, rather than based on facts of a case by case basis.
