Fremantle Visitor Centre

Great staff, they are all super helpful and very friendly. We were able to hire 2 bikes for free (just need a $50 deposit which you get back at the end of the day). They have so many information booklets and services. Will definitely come back again!

Brilliant, knowledgeable staff, and an amazing bicycle hire service that allowed me to spread my time (and hence my spending) across many parts of Fremantle, which can be big to get around in heatwaves. Bikes have to be back half an hour before closing and use cash deposit ($50) if you want to be sure of no overseas bank fees.

Absolutely lovely people inside, Luggage lockers bigger than expected but are unfortuntely credit card only. Huge thanks to the ladies there yesterday and the work that they do.

They have large suitcase / luggage storage lockers here which are very helpful

The team were fantastic and spent the time to answer all of our questions, not just about visiting Fremantle, but questions regarding the rest of our Coral Coast holiday. A great team supporting local Fremantle artists and businesses!

Excellent welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Only had a couple of hours in Fremantle before heading back to Perth by train. Saw the best of what I wanted to see.

How anyone can rate any lower is beyond me! Free bike hire secured with a bond, given back upon return, lovely ladies and lots of info/maps for Freo and Rottnest available. For the bikes I’d suggest getting there at opening!

Ask Alan - he’s the perfect man for an information centre. He’s knowledgeable from the most trivial matter to the history of Fremantle. Wish all paid workers will work like him and the world is a better place. Shoutout to Alan and all the volunteers of Fremantle Visitors information Centre and all the volunteers in the world who give their time willingly and show true passion in what they do.

I’d like to thank Alan for being super helpful and showing me all the awesome places to go. He’s very kind, knowledgeable about Fremantle/Perth CBD, and he knew the best coffee spots😊 The Visitors Centre is definitely worth a visit if you need inspiration for your trip.

Very very friendly and helpful. We were helped by Lee who guided us through our bookings, and a other colleague, who's name I didn't grab - but everyone we met there was absolutely nice and competent and just amazing 🙂

Received great and helpful information and arranged for a couple of tour bookings. All of the staff were really friendly but a HUGE thank you to the awesome Lee for excellent relevant & useful advice and great & (genuinely) friendly service.
