Factory direct, i will never ever go through you guys again to purchase a shed. I purchased a larger workshop 6 years ago that is badly rusting out at the bottom, your own builder has said it shouldnt be doing that as it was colorbond, then after the 15 th time of calling and getting the run around you tell me its not in warranty by 6 months and that because im 12 or so km from the ocean, as the crow flies, that its not gna be covered for rust, pathetic!!. Then i pay for the panels myself to be replaced, so they dump the entire side at mine on the lawn as they didnt tell me it was going to come as a complete unit . Now every day they say they are going to turn up to install they do not show. Worst customer service , i will be sure to let my friends and family know to never go through your business and now that im looking at building a new place you have forever lost my business for the future.

Very disappointed with the scheduling, the installer has been very unreliable, multiple days leave wasted only to be told they can't make it due to other jobs being delayed. Everyone just passed the buck onto the other.

Terrible service took my money 7 months ago have done nothing still no date for installation and have been told there is a lot of people ahead of me I asked for my money back and they said they will keep 1/3 for doing nothing be careful when using this company they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks to begin not 7 months and still waiting
