Battery Wizards

We used Battery Wizards to get our vehicle (14ton truck) running again because the batteries had failed. They were so professional and nothing was a problem, absolutely brilliant service and will definitely use them again if required. Thanks Ryan & Peter for being so proficient. 1st visit I (bought car batteries each), the reception Lady & Bernard are very helpful & little bit friendly got to smile not seriously looking.
2nd visit both getting better, Bernard gave me a mug as a gift.
3rd visit really good, to look for my glasses cover they are both friendly & smile now, anyway I'm happy with them, thanks.

I called as my Jolion wouldn’t start, service person gave a courtesy call and an ETA, which was appreciated. Don arrived promptly and very quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained every step of the way in a friendly and informative manner. I will change some of my habits now to ensure the correct use of my battery and hopefully expend its life span! Thank you for a job well done, Don, you were fabulous to deal with.

Joe was very patient and helpful. The job took an extra long time because the nuts on the wheels were not manufactured very well and were worn down, but Joe made sure to get the job done.

My visit to this place was memorable, I asked for the replacement of the battery of an emergency GPS and the guy opened the GPS to check for the battery model. He hadn’t the battery but printed me the location of another store where I would find (and I found). Thanks for doing your best, you couldn’t solve my problem but you gave me the solution! We need more people like you, I’ll always recommend your store! Ty very much!

Don attended the call shortly after I reported. He was very friendly and efficient.
He also spend a time, educating and teaching me how to resolve the issue by myself for the next time.

Today, Tom from Battery Wizards came to see what the issue was with my Golf as it wouldn't start. After checking the battery he determined that I needed a new one which he promptly installed. Tom was absolutely charming. Affable and polite, he is a credit to the company. I will certainly recommend Battery Wizards in the future.

Very professional. Very responsive and followed up to their best on an issue I had after a battery change. Both technicians - Yail and Peter - were very good. Highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Daniel & Wayne enough for their help on Friday and today. Last night after my car was serviced I proceeded to break down, Daniel came out and immediately identified the issue as a dead battery, he jumpstarted me and told me to run it for 40 minutes if the car doesn't start after that I will need a new battery, unfortunately I did need a new battery. Daniel arranged for me to get a new one this morning so I wasn't left without a car, he is super helpful and I cannot thank him enough, I also would like to say thank you to Wayne who was a super big help with coming out early this morning and putting the battery in for me and just being super friendly and helpful!!.

After replacing the battery, no issue. An issue was apparent with a feature of the car. After calling again to report the issue, they attended again and did a thorough fault find. With no fault found they consulted the cars technical manual in a phone call to their office. Eventually, a car menu was found that remedied the issue.

Battery Wizards displayed a great amount of professionalism, determination and customer service. Thank you.

Hey.. I got Don come to my rescue this afternoon , he is fantastic I’ll give him 12/10 scores.
Knowledgeable, patient, not messing around most important transparent because to deal with this kind of thing can be quite difficult.
In the morning I went to Auto P…. to get help, basically they can give me the same battery but $120 dearer and I have to change it myself.
Don have saved me $120 and 50 months warranty on battery..
It’s peace of mind.

Joe came and found the cause of my tyre problem. He was very polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend him to all my friend's.
