Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to leave your car whilst you travel. Really the best price and the team there are great. My 18 year old daughter was leaving her car and I was picking her up. They were so good at assisting her and had really awesome customer service. We were recommended to use these guys by a friend who has always had great service from them. Highly highly recommend.

Great service. We have used this company about 5 or 6 times. Easy to book and check in on arrival. Little (5mins) to no wait time to depart for the airport. Max wait time we have had being collected from the airport between 10-15 mins. The car is always ready and keys at reception when we arrive. Quick payment and out the gate. Highly recommend

I park here every time I need to go to Melbourne. Great, closer location, price is always the most comparable and you never wait long for a shuttle, no matter the time of day or night. No complaints whatsoever.

Every time we travel they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with , the staff are friendly and welcoming. They accomodate for everyone and I know my vehicle is safe . The shuttle is efficient & always clean and smells fresh. The driver is always happy anytime of the day and night and converses with us . Absolutely outstanding service everytime . I was recommended by a family member & will do so too for future ref.Travelled with 3 kids overseas & the parking was straight forward. Upon arrival I was given a slip with the number to call when we arrive back in Melbourne & handed over my keys. Shuttle bus drivers race against the clock especially as this service is run 24/7. Upon arrival back in Melbourne on the 23/07 we called in when we arrived & the consultant over the phone had advised us of 6 other people being picked up by the shuttle that was on its way as there were 5 of us. It was very cold outside and he made sure we were still able to get onto the shuttle upon specified instructions as we had kids, which I found they were very compassionate about! Thanks for the great service!

We've been using Jetaway for years for our airport parking needs for a week or longer trips 🥰👌👍👍 Today was the 1st time that we accidentally left an item in our car and didn't realize it until we were already at the airport 😳 We rang Jetaway and they said no worries and it would come on the next airport shuttle 🥰🥳🎉😁👌👍👍 So, we went back down to the airport bus shuttle stop and only waited about 10 minutes and sure enough it was on the next shuttle bus 🥳🥳🎉🎉🥰🥰😁👌👍👍 Massive Shout-out to the Amazing Wonderful Jetaway Team that worked together so quickly to make sure that our Holiday was Fantastic 🥳🥳🎉🎉🥰🥰😁😁👌👍😎

Great price as well as very quick service

Excellent customer service. I am a regular user of Jetaway. I’d checked my bags in for a late night flight then realised I’d left my phone in my car. I raced down to the pick up point, explained to the next Jetaway driver the problem. He phoned ahead and my phone had been retrieved and was waiting for me in the office and the driver took me straight back to the airport. My fault but you can’t get better customer service than that anywhere!!!
