Can't review the in-store experience. But I've placed two international orders now, and the team has been nothing but responsive, kind, and proactive! Their assortment of brands are top notch, and their prices are extremely competitive. Wonderful customer experience--I look forward to continuing to shop with them and going to the brick and mortar when I'm on that side of the world!

Nice atmosphere but you should honour your ticketed prices, whether a mistake was made or not. $119 on one shirt yet $49 on the same shirt, same rack is not a mistake. The price needed to be manually changed by an employee. Honour your prices or regularly check them please.

Sadly very disappointed with my online shopping experience. $160, one month and too many emails later & I still don’t have the item I ordered.

Some of the worst customer experience I've every experienced. I was excited to buy some of the brands I loved and was treated and talked to like I didn't even deserve to be in the store by the brown haired lady. I left feeling humiliated and disappointed.

I have been in several times and never once been acknowledged by the staff, who for the most part act like you’re either invisible or in their way. They’d sell a lot more if they took the time to at least say hello to their customers.

I bought the skirt about a month ago I still haven't received my item I've been right in to make a complaint already but no reply horrible

The staff member looked at me like I was scum the moment I walked in, then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have *my* size. Thanks for the fat shame, Laneway. Hope you go under.
