This house is truly amazing. I would rate it as the best holiday house that we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The hosts have given thought to even the smallest of details. Everything that you need is supplied and the place is well appointed and beautifully decorated. That's the house ! Now .... The position of the house is what really sets it apart from the rest. It is close enough to walk to Busselton, located directly on the beach with wonderful ocean views. Our Swiss relatives spent every spare minute gazing out onto the ocean. Thank you .... we had the most awesome time..

Most incredible property we have ever stayed! Really is a 5 Star place. Well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach holiday and Gary and Jodie are such helpful hosts! Couldn’t recommend it more!

The place doesn't have a road between the house and the beach, but there is another house in front partially blocking the view of the beach.

No wifi for the 4 out of 5 nights of our stay. We were two families from oversees and not having internet (without roaming changes) was very inconvenient (husband could not do work; no cartoons or movies). The box was locked in the maintenance room.

No lights in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for the entire stay...
Washing machine would go into "cool down" mode and not open the door for hours...basically, I could not do ANY laundry.

Having all these issues, Gary didn't respond to my messages. I had to reach out to airbnb to get to him. The maintenance person didn't come out till the 4th day and was not able to fix electricity or washing machine. Airbnb gave us partial refund for 4 nights. While the refund was part of the insurance policy, Gary tried to shame me as to what he thought was a fair deal - very unprofessional owner.

Further, I was not going to bother with negative review but the owner was so nasty that he preemptively gave me review that is just NOT true....hope this helps to all.
