I appreciate the help of Tasha and Grant in introducing and managing a wonderful accommodation for me. Especially when I went through the condition report, I found exactly that they are very professional and really care about the details of the property they manage. Their condition report is just amazing. I believe It took a lot of time for them to make the report and respect their working attitude because it is the best for the interest of all parties in the contract. I like them even more after I found out that they are not only providing thoughtful care to their tenants but to the injured wild birds and cats in Perth as well. What LOVELY people they are! : ) Highly recommended!
