Coles Balwyn East

I visit Coles, Belmore Road, and I am regularly pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I receive. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the cashier was friendly and engaging. I also appreciate the variety and quality of products offered at this location, as well as the competitive prices. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Coles, Belmore Road , and would definitely recommend it to others.

The only drawback is, this store does not have a Deli.

Been there this morning around 10 am and the self service check out staff was so helpful. She was very friendly and patient, showing me how to recharge credit into the gift card correctly. A+ service I have received, thank you.

While it is a small one with less range, when you know they'll usually have the certain staple items you need, it makes up for limited range with its unexpected location and the option of undercover parking at this Coles. Staff are good here too.

Friendly staff- recognise you and interact. Usually in and out due to short to no lining up at the registers. Plenty of parking out front and under store- we usually park across the road as it is easier to go the direction that we need to to go home.

It's a convenient local grocery store with lots of underground parking. It's not super big so it doesn't carry ALL the items coles usually stocks, but has all the essentials needed.

Ah yes. Where to begin. I think I can safely say that this supermarket affectionately known as “little Coles” has a place in all our hearts. Granted there are bigger supes around but I think you’d be hard pressed to find one with the same level of nostalgia that little Coles will bring. And in this busy world that’s something we can all look forward to. 5⭐s all round

Been shopping there for over 30 years. When the Bi-Lo days were around. Always friendly staff. They have had great Managers but unfortunately Cole's or WestFarmers swap ,change or whatever Executive Decision they make is never always right. Put in a few undercover Bosses / Board Members & actually feel what paid salary and / or casuals do. It's not the price for me or convenience. It's the people. What a pleasure to be treated /greated with respect. The Good Old fashioned Aussie Way. Morals. Just come down from Mount Money & feel people. Your workers . The ones that are making money for you all. Shareholders etc . The ones that are on the ground & see. Guess what. Say Thank you. You are doing a great job. Keep up the good job. Etc comments. This will make them happy. It is not always the Greedy Money aspect. Is it ?? Anyway. I know how to fix many things. Give me a SMS . I have street knowledge. Life wealth & above all. Manners & yes I listen

Definitely one of the smaller supermarkets, and the checkout lady treated me like I had Ebola virus, but surely there was enough food there to survive the zombie apocalypse when the electricity grid goes down....?

The first ever suburban Coles to be built is showing its age in one way only: It's too small. The range is limited. It's a lovely supermarket in all other respects. I shop there often as I drive past, but do my "big" shopping elsewhere for greater range and variety. I wish they would extend it - like they are doing with Woolworths in Balwyn.

We like Coles. We do most of our shopping there. Their layout is just what i'm ised to. I do miss the Sargent's curry pies tho..

I was pleasantly surprised to get support from an assistant after dropping 3 items. It was lovely & made a silly mistake a much better encounter.

staffs are very friendly, good experience .
Karen is the best staff in this store.

If you need assistance they are very helpful. My 83 year old mother won't shop anywhere else.

It's not the biggest around but it does have the basic necessities you need. Ample parking around the place too.

Small coles but it always has what you need. Fruit and veggies are normally fresh enough. Staff are helpful.

Shopping at this store since the Bi-Lo days. Friendly staff that always offer a smile. Very happy customer.
