Taleb Uniforms

Very attentive helpful staff. The man who served us really knew his product and provided us with valuable advice on choosing the right size for a growing boy. We went on a Saturday when it was very busy. The shop was well laid out and they had a lot of staff serving to keep the wait time down while minimising the number of customers in the shop at one time.

Had the pleasure of being looked after by Carol today re my daughter's snr uniform. What an absolute gem!! Thank you Carol for making today so enjoyable.

Rang to say we were running late after Saturday sport and couldn't get to the shop before closing. They waited 20 minutes for us. Big thanks!

The staff were very helpful with choosing the right sizes

Great service

Best to go in well before school starts as a lot of the sizes are not available. Eg. Their system showed 10 pairs of trousers in stock but the staff member could only find one. Can be a little chaotic, understandable though with Covid restrictions in addition with kids and parents in a small space can make it difficult for staff. However, the staff did the best they could given the circumstances.

Great customer service

The product quality is good but it's very expensive. The service is horrible. The staff always rush me even I have booked 30 min appointment. The lady who claimed to be the wife of the owner was the worst. She gave no advice and only asked "what do you want to buy?"
The booking system on the calendar does not work.
If I had another option, I would definitely not purchase anything from this shop.

Very rude staff, Don’t keep appointments on time, gets distracted with other customers. The younger lady was very helpful but the older woman was hostline and unfriendly. She kept telling us to hurry up and threw items on the counter in frustration. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m very sad that I’m forced to shop here because it was a very unpleasant experience. QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. I wish I could buy a quality item for the ridiculous prices they charge for it. Every shirt I bought would bubble at the collar within 6 months.

Bring back Lowes, if you are a school thinking of changing your uniform supplier to this establishment DO NOT do it. All the parents of students will be frustrated with the price, the quality and opening hours of this store.

Phone manners of the man who works here is appaling. Called to enquire about opening times just for Thursday to Saturday and was told with an attitude to go look online, then he proceeded to complain that schools shouldn’t be asking parents to contact them for that information. I don’t see the difficulty in answering the question especially considering the circumstances with many store times changing due to the pandemic. Your website clearly states “for other opening times please contact us”

The staff were very rude. My son uniform was ripped off after 3 washes and they blamed its normal wear and tear.

An old lady who was in the store was helping me with the uniform of my son and when giving me the uniform they weren’t in a bag or folded and she just threw it to me clearly has no respect and works with really bad attitude.
