I can’t thank Dr Chloe and the team at Vasse vets enough for the amazing care they gave my dog, Leo. From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and made both Leo and me feel at ease.🥹

Dr. Chloe really took the time to check Leo out thoroughly and listened to all my worries. You could tell they genuinely love animals and know their stuff. Leo, who usually gets pretty anxious, was surprisingly calm thanks to their gentle touch.

They explained Leo’s treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand, and I felt good about every decision we made. The follow-up care was awesome too—they checked in on Leo and answered all my questions.

Leo is now happier and healthier than ever, all thanks to Dr Chloe and the fantastic staff. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, I highly recommend Vasse vets. Thanks for everything you did for Leo! ☺

Thanks to ALL the staff at Vasse Vets from the wonderful vets and nurses to the lovely reception staff. My 14 year old Staffy Bill was in the hospital for 3 days and treated with the upmost professionalism, care and compassion. It’s what a veterinary hospital should feel like. Recommend highly 🩵🐾

Boxing Day (5 days ago) he died while in the clinic from a savage Snake bite, it was traumatic, however Dr Helen and nurse Sarah were calm & you revived him - wow.
It's a pure miracle and we are so grateful. I witnessed how confident, experienced and reassuring you were.
Throughout his 3 day recovery, all the VV staff members were efficient and so helpful.
As promised we received updates by phone on his progress am and pm. We could not have asked for better outcome and service. Thankyou very much for doing what you do passionately and professionally.

Highly recommend the services of Dr. Emma D. and the team at Vasse Vets! We had a fright with our dog at 10:30pm on a Sunday - we couldn’t find anyone local so we had to ring around, thankfully the team at Vasse Vets was available.

Emma is very professional, highly experienced, and very thorough. She looked after our beloved lab in the middle of the night and made sure he was going to be well. You could tell that she is absolutely sincere and really cares about the animals.

We will forever appreciate what Emma and Vasse Vets have done for our us.

We are new clients to Vasse Vets this year and we have been very happy with the care shown to our dog and birds. Treatment is clearly explained and questions are answered thoughtfully and concisely. In 4/5 visits I have not once felt rushed to finish my consultation. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the premises are very clean and fresh.

I am so thankful that I took my dogs to Vasse Vets. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Millie & Koda were treated like little rock stars. We spent an extremely long time in with the vet as both required vaccinations and other services. Wasn't rushed at all. Ten out of ten for this very professional and friendly veterinary service.

We have been customers with our dog for quite a few years now and have always been helped promptly. We have received good advice regarding the best care for our dog and been informed well on the vaccinations and worming tablets required to protect her. The facilities are clean and our dog is made to feel very relaxed and welcome.

After finding our mischievous 7month old pup had gashed his leg open on a steel picket, i googled after hour vets, and Vasse Vets came up. I spoke with Vet Emma, ( The Aussie one) who was warm, understanding, down to earth and happy to meet us at the vets to check him over. I felt she was confident and very good with our boy, who came to not like her profession after an initial friendly greeting!! She explained everything thoroughly, the costs and recovery times, what's involved before and after surgery, called us once she'd operated and returned our worry puppy parent calls! More than happy to recommend Emmas services, and the friendly cheery staff always happy to help! Great team!

Had an emergency with our two dogs. The vet saw me straight away and surgery was started as soon as discussions were finished. The vet said she would call me as soon as she had finished both girls operations, which she did, at 9pm. Surgery was started about 6pm.
All the staff that I have had contact with have been kind, friendly and genuinely interested in the welfare of our dogs.
Everything is explained thoroughly and you can contact them with any questions or concerns you may have once your pet is at home.
I have no trouble recommending Vasse Vets to anyone searching for caring professionals to look after their pets.

My dog had an eye problem and was treated promptly. Staff are the best, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and they obviously love animals. Always show kindness and compassion. They are not overpriced like many others in the district. Would always recommend this practice to anyone seeking veterinary care.

Our dog actually runs to Vasse Vets entrance wagging her tail, a definite first which speaks volumes! The staff have all been caring and helpful and Helen, who has operated on Rasta twice, is the only vet we trust with our much loved eleven year old dog. Very highly recommended.

We love Vasse Vats 100%. Dr Emma helped us with our two older fur babies back in 2018/2019.....her empathy and caring nature was outstanding when it was time to say Goodbye to both of them. We now have a brand new puppy and wouldn't think of anywhere else to entrust her health. First visit with Dr Sarah was so positive and caring. 2nd visit was with our long time favourite Dr Emma....both are knowledgeable and caring....our new little puppy was so comfortable with both. Cant recommend this Vet clinic enough....

Took care of my Westy's skin problems that we have had for years. She is like new dog! They really take care of their animals and you dont feel like your dog is just another number. I had to take my kids and they were super accommodating as well.so glad I found them!

Our dog managed to rip a nail off while on holiday down south. Vasse Vets got us in first thing in the morning to fix him up. They were super friendly and really well priced! Thanks again. Bronx loved all the attention 😊
