We have just purchased a bath, vanity and basin for our bathroom renovation. We had a few issues with a drawer and the vanity, I spoke to the lovely Jennifer who was our sales person to let her know.
She was extremely helpful and ensured that everything was replaced promptly. Jennifer is an absolute delight to deal with and excels in her customer service.

Ally went out her way to help me with a cupboard problem.It was an urgent requirement inorder to complete the renovation.Her approach to the problem was quick and efficient.I left the showroom within 15minutes as a very happy customer.

I purchased everything to refit and tile a new bathroom and laundry from Bathroom City. The service and advise from all staff members has been impeccable. Phone contact has been friendly and helpful and followed up promptly. Thank you for all your help.

Went there yesterday to buy a mirror for my bathroom.
Absolutely fantastic service, Jennifer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.
She took her time to explain things and she made sure we were happy with our product. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills...Thank you Jennifer for your hard work!
When we got home, we found out that the mirror had a small damage on the top corner and the warranty department offered a full replacement.
Warranty department dealt with the issue very quickly, so that I could collect the replacement mirror within the hour.
Darren was also absolutely fantastic, friendly and very efficient.
I will definitely buy from you again.

Cassandra was amazing to work with. On opening our medicine cabinet it had a chip and Cassandra sorted a swap out asap. Our other product are going great. We will be back in a few month when we start the renovations in our ensuite.

Jen at bathroom city Osborne park made our bathroom Reno shopping experience so easy. Jen was friendly, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. We also got discounts on many stuff, she didn’t have the bath tub we wanted but Jen made a call to other retailers and we still got it within reasonable amount. The delivery team were awesome, our stuff were meant to be delivered during the weekend but I got a call saying they were going to deliver earlier during the week which made the whole experience run smoothly given that the plumber was waiting. Thank you Jen and the delivery team, you guys are great, will definitely come back for my second bathroom Reno and will refer my friends too
