Every time I've been here, staff/volunteers have been helpful.
Especially this time!
Had a fault with one of the electronic goods, they swapped it.
Also had one of their members help me get the appliance home!
Awesome service!!

The most lovely group of ladies run this fabulous opshop, with all proceeds going to their wonderful community program - Youth Off The Streets. All kinds of great items, at more than reasonable prices.

I am disappointed that the damage to the footpath area around the old location hasn't been addressed after almost a year, and that the shop front hasn't been boarded up or something. It's honestly disgusting seeing the pigeon mess all over the old stock that's proudly displayed on one of Maitland's busiest streets

It's ok for a quick browse. Not many clothes but a bit of furniture and bric a brac.

This is the way they treat the property they occupy, so you can imagine the way they treat buyers and the other residents that live there. All of them are the most rude, self entitled and disgusting people, loitering in driveways smoking with a childcare centre just 20m away, damaging property, leaving cigarettes everywhere. Do not buy or support this store. They are horrible people that need to move elsewhere.

Love genie bottles 4 ladies sitting at table pricing objects asked how much got told in the rudest way oh sorry not priced yet ok can wait no sorry pointing to board behind counter we have people on a list not for sale so why not put that out the back and do it there? Do these ladies prophet from that have 3 genie bottles from my grand ma went to bed realising crossing fingers and hoping to find treasure just got ruined who are these lucky people on the list won't b back also hate things not priced and having to ask how much! Not fare

Was the best op shop in Maitland for furniture and small electrical, also a good range of clothing, footwear, manchester, books and bric-a-brac. Annoying that most items were unpriced, and prices quoted were sometimes oddly low and sometimes oddly high. Closed down late 2016 after a fire, and several months later the footpath is still blocked off with NO INDICATION OF WHEN IT WILL REOPEN.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE DONATING TO THIS PLACE I wont be donating anything here anymore as they don't sell certain stuff to the public they have a list of people from antique shops and ebay sellers who get items 1st how ridiculous and when speaking to the manager about this problem he didn't care he said thats how it is i donate things for the needy or bargin hunters someone doing it tuff not to someone who owns a business who is then making a huge profit this xmas clean out of kids clothes toys books and stuff we don't need anymore will go somewhere else to people of maitland who are in need think twice before donating here.
