Mal and Sylvia were incredibly helpful; supervising and co-ordinating the delivery of our shipment from overseas, overseeing the unloading into the unit (as we couldn’t be present) and updating us along the way. They were excellent from the word go, extremely accommodating and flexible to suit our needs on timing, pricing and term of storage too. We have used several storage facilities over the years and none have compared to this impeccable level of service. Thank you both for making our international relocation that little bit less stressful, and offering such a friendly, efficient and consistently professional service. Fantastic!

From our fist visit to view a storage unit to packing in a month later we have had an excellent experience. All staff are friendly and professional and take the time to explain what would be best in your situation. The bonus of a move in truck was appreciated. Mal made a plan to give us extra time if required. The actual facility is super clean, organised and secure. You do get more than what you pay for. Great price but Rhianna and Amanda (Centre Manager) went beyond and above. I went to hospital came out with one more load to pack into the storage and before I knew it both were there unloading my trailer and loaded into my storage. Hi-tech has to be the best managed storage facility on the coast. The facility is always spotless with the management keeping a keen eye on every aspect of cleanliness and maintenance. Security is second to none too, just check out their monitoring system in the office. I have used hi-tech on many occasions over the years, and have found a prefossional and friendly service every time. Very competitive pricing too, highly recommended!
