She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the color turned out perfect,so natural and exactly what I wanted. Holly is super talented and really knows her stuff. I have been coming to Holly for over 10 years! Starting out locally I have continued to follow and travel anywhere she is!! I trust her with my lashes and brows and every single time she kills it! She’s continuously shaping my face with her brow shaping and tinting, or making me fly away with my lashes! I made an appointment online & paid a deposit of $200+
My appointment was at 1pm and I woke up that morning with the flu, possibly Covid but hadn’t been tested yet.
I messaged to reschedule as I didn’t want to get anyone at the clinic sick, they said I can reschedule but my $200+ is forfeited.
I can understand this if it was a change of mind but it wasn’t & I was still willing to come in on another day.
I said if that’s the case I’m happy to come in while unwell & they said I can’t do that, so now they are cancelling an appointment I am happy to attend? Still they take the $200+.
The person I spoke to was also very rude and terrible customer service. Would not recommend such a company when if you’re sick something uncontrollable, you’re stolen from.
