Amber and the team at Well Seated are fantastic. My elderly parents are in NSW, so they organised a very successful video conference, so Mum and Dad could see the furniture and ask all the questions they had. When the new furniture arrived, Mum said 'we should have done this years ago'. Could not recommend them highly enough.

I have just purchased a chair for my 94 year old father who's in a nursing home. The service I received from the team at Wellseated Carrum Downs was nothing short of exceptional. Amber was so helpful and caring, she went above and beyond to help me. The world would be a better place if there were more people like that in it. My dad loves his "Throne" as he calls it!

We've purchased two fabulous Wellseated sofas - one a sofa bed that everyone loves sleeping on. They are comfortable beyond compare, and stand up to the rigors of family life with super easy to clean fabrics that don't ever seem to stain. They also supplied and installed the curtains in our home & they are simply gorgeous.

Serrin and her team created the most amazing and personalised L shaped couch. It was made to measure and designed to meet our height and comfort preferences… we also had the opportunity to create our own unique fabric design . All at a very competitive price to match mid range furniture suppliers. Customer service was outstanding and it was a pleasure to deal with all members of the team including the delivery man who also installed our couch and could not have been more helpful… highly recommended!

I purchased some armchairs from Wellseated a few years ago which have been fantastic so I recently went back to them when I needed more furniture. I was invited to meet with Serrin and the team at their showroom and was blown away by the quality and range of their products. Their knowledge of their product and their passion is impressive and no request is too difficult for them to deliver. I’ve now got some outdoor lounges, a custom timber cabinet, side tables and a modular sofa which are all brilliant. Wellseated is a company that has been in my home and clinic for years now. The pieces are made of premium material, designed to last and look great for lifetime! I love how comfortable their furniture makes me feel; there isn't anything like this on offer anywhere else locally (I'll take them over any other brand). It was such an easy decision when I needed some outdoor seating since everyone knows Serrin loves putting colours together there really isn't anything she can't help design or match to your existing look. Serrin has a talent when it comes down mixing different tones together seamlessly, she offers many options including ones specifically tailored towards me needs from start-to finish which means less stress all around :). Wellseated Interiors has just delivered a “sit to stand” recliner chair for my almost 87 year old father. The recliner he had was too low and as it rocked it didn’t give him the stability or confidence to lift up and out of the chair. It was also too soft with no support. His new chair is really functional with full lumber support that can be easily adjusted due to the handy cushion zip, memory foam seat, a really easy to operate 2 motor handset for leg rest and back reclining and lifting to a standing position. Even reclines to a full 180 degree flat bed! Fabric is a lovely stylish soft grey, fantastic quality and easy to clean. So impressed with the range they offered - heaps of fabrics to choose from and different chair heights which is really important if you are little on the taller side like my Dad. Customer service was first class, down to delivery where the lovely guy ensured the chair was in the right position to not hit the wall etc. Highly recommend Wellseated Interiors for all your furniture needs!

What a truly terrific team of people.
Really responsive and understood my style aim.
We had a house fire and was pretty over suppliers with same old same old!
Came to my house and suggested colour and fabric styles that would fit my space both in measure and style
I had other sales people come out who tbh appeared bored and had no interest in engaging or helping me still no follow up from 2 major admakers..
I had to abruptly leave their showroom as I would literally need to take out a third mortgage to afford all the pieces I needed/wanted!
Not anywhere as expensive as you’d expect but not the cheapest either
I loved that aged care is their love and their passion is to make sure every place is wellseatified and made beautiful instead of peach walls with grey curtains
I would totally use again due to fun service alone
