Dan Murphy's Seaford

Received assistance from Lia (?) on an anniversary gift, he went out of his way to research reviews and give us the most knowledgeable recommendations.
Came in later in the week and first thing he asked how our gift was received.
Amazing customer service, very personable and exceeding my expectations!

Fantastic bottleshop I think its the BEST in our local area by far I was looking for something and couldn't find it then a young guy Callum asked if I needed assistance. The next 10 mins was truly remarkable his knowledge and customer service skills were way above his actual age. Take note Dan Murphy he is a big asset to your Seaford Bottle shop! Amazing experience at this Dan Murphy's! A lovely gentleman (forgot his name sorry) helped us find and acquire a moscato - it was the best moscato we have ever had, a perfect recommendation. Thank you for helping sign us up! Overall 10/10 :)

Wow - not my local however wish it was… I went in for 2 bottles as birthday presents and was approached by Rhonda. 3 prececco, 2 reds and a cognac later I left so excited about the service and my purchases that Rhonda was the topic at dinner. Fantastic service and her energy was awesome.

Came in looking for a recipe for espresso martinis a few weeks ago and was met with Pam. Pam showed us directly to where we needed to be after signing us up for the dans loyalty program.
When there we saw they were out of Kahlua but she recommended a substitute and racked a full espresso recipe out off the top of her head! Very knowledgeable staff and so friendly. Her service has brought me back a few times since!
