So happy with the custom spa pool cover w/ Pinz. It wasn't a straight forward design but Pinz were able to cater for everything needed. 3 skirts instead of 4, custom tie down length, custom tie down locations, precise lip size, direction of middle hinge... Highly recommended!!! Very happy.

Fantastic customer service. We recently ordered our spa cover from Pinz. They were brilliant in answering all our questions and the service was fantastic. We are so happy with our new spa cover, it looks fantastic. It was also great to support a local SA business.

Bought a heavy duty cover with a high weight rating, dog walked on it and it snapped within a couple of months of having it and was told this was not covered under warranty.

not happy with our spa cover. Falling apart. All the foam is exposed and plastic is tearing away. It looks terrible. 😤😭
