My Chemist Frankston

I’ve been here several times and received fast and helpful service each time from pharmacists and retail staff. Pharmacists go above and beyond to provide informative advice. The pharmacist working this morning was a great help to my partner, over the phone and in person. Thank you!

Been going here for years. Never had an issue with this pharmacy. Friendly staff and great pharmacists.

I’ve been coming here for a while, the pharmacist here are very helpful. I’ve also found the customer service staff smiling, Cheerful and helpful as well. On top of that the security guard in evening is helpful, cheerful and greets you on entry. Staff here seem really happy which make’s a great customer experience.

Maybe chemist warehouse karingal can get some advice from this store.

The only Pharmacy I still goto. They know me by sight, always friendly staff.
The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable, parking is always accessible. And PBS scripts are affordable, as are most other products. The late opening hours make it Accessible for people with Chronic health conditions, as we can work around our limited Spoons.
Scripts are always promptly filled. And they seem to have a wider range then most of the other Pharmacies locally.

Awesome pharmacist was very helpful at filling my script. He offered me an alternative dosage to take multiple tablets instead of the one tablet of a higher dosage I ended up saving saving almost $100 !

Excellent pharmacy. They always seem to have what I need. The pharmacists and staff are always helpful and friendly. Good amount of parking. Long opening hours which is very handy.

Most of the pharmacists and customer service staff are very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Shelves are well stocked with what l happen to need that day. Great hours, and off street parking. Nice to have security there at night, not that we'd need it in Frankston 😉.

i used to go to this pharmacy many years ago and again started to attend there. Kind friendly staff,scripts at fantastic prices,always great bargains and sales there also. Staff are amazing and helpful. Hours are fantastic and when everything else is closed they are open,

People normally go to the chemist when they're unwell or someone they love is unwell and needs medication. Today I went to the chemist closest to my home, because of covid-19. I'd never purchased a ventolin inhaler from them so they couldn't help me, nor did they seem particularly eager to do so, even when I explained I was desperate. My doctor was closed, the chemist near the doctor where I normally purchase my medications was also closed. I was fortunate however, Davey Street, My Chemist had my records and were able to help me. What they had noticeably more than the first chemist I attended, were manners, kindness, understanding and helpfulness. I'll be travelling past the chemist closest to me form now, to go to Davey Street Chemist.

Pharmacists are very helpful and friendly most of the time.
Cheap prices for alot of things.

A very friendly staff, always willing to help, and a good variety of products. Open until late, which is a comfort.

Lovely staff, small shop but has alot of products. Only been once but will go again especially being a sister company of chemist warehouse.

The reduced hours might take a bit of getting used to.
