Ramsay Pharmacy Peninsula Private Hospital

Went late on Saturday night to try to get some relief for my preschooler who couldn't stop coughing. The staff were all so helpful, especially Steven the pharmacist who spent the time to help me pick the best thing for her age. Was much appreciated.

Ash was a great help to me then I felt there was no hope he ordered my medication for me and explained it really well to me and now I'm cured. I had the H Pylori and it was over 500 dollars for the medication but no one else could get it. Explaining which tablet did what and taking time to explain a very rigorous tablet regime it wasn't a waste of money.. I am not happy about no parking there is only one disabled park which 8 out of 10 times is taken very rare to get a park out front of hospital so more 10 minute parks would be awesome. 24 hours and 7 days a week is awesome and I suppose being a hospital they would be able to get medication when no one else can.
I did leave a negative review as my meds had to be ordered but Ash made it all so worth it rang me when he had it all ready..Ash is an asset to this pharmacy..

With a newborn needing medicine on Christmas Day we were told by the hospital we would struggle to find somewhere. This place is close, the staff helpful, and most importantly, open round the clock.

Awesome pharmacy with very patient and friendly staff. The pharmacist i had this evening was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We are very lucky to have this so close to our home and the convenience of being 24 hour. Will definetely recommend to everyone.

I’ve been in agonising pain for 2 weeks. I was given a referral for an Ultrasound guided steroid injection, into my upper lateral right thigh, at time of diagnosis.
Unfortunately for me, steroid makes up only HALF of the injection that I require.
And, after hundreds of phone calls, hundreds of rejections, and simply being told by the supplier “they won’t make more until next YEAR..... “
THIS pharmacy/pharmacist went above and beyond, by communicating CLEARLY with my husband, prior to making him go from Pakenham to Frankston.
For this? I am ETERNALLY grateful.
I am so thankful there are STILL good humans in the world!!

My son had a bad night with croup and thanks to these guys we could get his oral steroid medication to make him feel better at 3am, cheers

Some of the "check in" staff gave the impression they were being "put out" by people checking in for operations

The website states they close at 11pm. Daughter goes to purchase a non script item. We are not serving outside people now. It's 10.50pm. Tell me how that makes sense!!

I ring and ask the pharmacist why she is treated like this. Too many patients to serve. Ìn the time of the phonecall, daughter could've been served instead of having to drive all the way to chemist warehouse in cranbourne.

Does NOT do e-scripts which is crazy as the closest 24hour chemist to the mornington peninsula. Was told it was due to hospital billing. Not community minded at all. Had a sick toddler and was unable to get medication for croup after traveling 40 minutes at night.

Staff would not dispense my medication due to my doctors handwriting

Okay so I’ve written a few bad reviews and put down a few people in previous reviews of other locations. This place however takes the cake as having the MOST dumbest employees of any business I’ve reviewed. There is a 60 year old dittery old check out operator who has no concept of time - average transactions will take about 9.5 minutes. The pharmacist usually looses the medication, then it’s a full scale search with helicopters to locate. Don’t go here if your in a hurry. Don’t go here if you have half a day free even. You’ll need a cut lunch and at some point in being served, you’ll lose the will to keep breathing. Good thing there is a hospital next door.....

No where to park. Always busy. Empty shelves and had to order what I needed.

Ridiculous that they don't have e-script facilities. Needed in a 24 hr chemist.
