Australia Post - Ferryden Park LPO

Sent a parcel back to home country. The guy was really helpful. Found a box for me that can fit my gift perfectly which I didn’t prepare and no standard box seems fit.
Ask questions patiently even the address is complicate. Got a SMS notice after five minutes leaving the post office. Very happy with the efficient service.

not nearly as bad as previous reviews make it seem. a small post office ran by a quiet polite man. got what i needed in a timely manner :)

was there to get stamps for my xmas cards today. The young man at the desk kindly acknowledge me how long it takes to the destinations. great service

Poor Customer Service, poorly presented. Often have to repeat request and service staff are quite visibly annoyed by someone paying via Card rather than cash.

Terrible set up. Customers come into direct contact with parcels waiting to be collected by postal van. He piles them up in the waiting area - anyone could steal or interfere with them. Very elderly man running the place by himself and clearly not coping.
Untidy and chaotic behind the desk and in the waiting area. Now he has installed keno and lotto so all the gamblers congregate there and use up all the parking spaces so you’re lucky if you can even get through the door. Whoever gave him the go ahead to run the lotto from there or allows him to work for Australia post, should be fired.

I actually can’t believe that this place is still running, takes 10 minutes for the guy (who is an old man that barely speaks English) to put through a simple package return…be prepared to wait in line for half an hour. Ridiculous and terrible customer service.

The worst post office in adelaide. The old man was very grumpy . He didn't understand English and very poor customer service. He was a greedy dog. In a post office there was mess everywhere. They don't have envelope and boxes. The prices are different than other post office. He don't have sense how to talk. Disgusting service. don't recommend. This post office needs to be shut down. Horrible place. He just asking about money even didn't listening to customers just said pay money. Only one word come from his mouth money money.

Just want to share: I did call this morning Asian guy received call. He was so so rude. He did listen. I am totally shocked how someone can rude that much. Your are getting pay for your work. You have to answer people.

I also asian my english is not that good. But i am always keen to help people. Specially on job because for thats i am getting pay.

A monstrosity. My first impression of this joint was witnessing an angry customer ahead of me in the line who exclaimed 'Thanks for nothing'. When it was my turn I understood his frustration. Bizarre customer service. I simply needed to pick up a parcel and this took 5x longer than it should have and I actually had to put my hands through the window to collect my things because he wouldn't put them through himself. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to require something other than a parcel pickup.

Okay well may be this person is no longer fit for this job. May be he should train some new persons perhaps quite a lot Younger than him who can better manage the store. He is very slow and seems like can't understand people too.

He should probably retire soon too. I can imagine him injuring himself if There's something too heavy and he tries to even move that ever so slightly.

He'll be looking for parcels when item is actually a registered post letter and making the other people behind that person wait ages (even if there's only 2 person in shop, other person would be waiting like 5 mins behind 1st one)

They closed early before 5:00pm on a Friday leaving me unable to collect my parcel and drop off mail before the weekend. The door was locked lights on, I knocked but they didn’t answer. Very disappointing.

Discusted with this post, not only its not clean ,the post man interfer in your choice of envelopes as well. Few months back the customer service let people from same nationality as theirs to pass the que. Recently, I lost 1 parcel going from this place and it appeared in the post track web 2 days after I post it, obviousley the customer service forgot to send it for me. Im now going for missing parcel which shows it jst been lodge in the track no further tracking. This place in serious need of help from the Post.

The guy/owner was grumpy, can't communicate english well. He should have other person to help him or shut down the store if he cant do customer service

Worst place to pick up delivery, mess everywhere can't quickly find anything takes forever to hand over parcels making people frustrated. Not the place to go if you're in a hurry!

It's horrible. The service is so unkind, dirty. I'm not in my life seen the dirty post in Australia.It's horrible. I'll never go there.Everything is dirty, from dirt can not seen i working time???It should be closed or set someone to maintain it as a normal man.HORRIBLE

The first thing i hear even before speaking is a what?? The Asian guy dismissed the idea of having my parcel and i had to insist that it was there before he looked it up😒

I have to agree with the sentiment "poor customer service and poorly presented". I'm in a wheelchair and they are annoyed by my request for a small ramp. I haven't been inside. I have to scream for assistance from the doorway.
