Great customer service, nice ambience. Found staff to be polite and really helpful. Came in to post something and was advised about cheap way to send the parcel. Nice gift ideas too - specially socks and great variety of books. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work. Will definitely come back.

So happy with the new owners of the post office at West Lakes Shore. Both of the ladies that have served me have been so helpful and friendly and both have gone out of their way to help me. Went to the post shop today. Really happy with the fact that person working at the counter asked for ID and was thorough with checks to make sure that my parcel was delivered to me upon verification.

Found good stuff for kids at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and I felt welcomed.

Chhaya was delightful. Every time i go there she is very proffessional, nothing is too much trouble & does it with a friendly manner.

Honestly this is one of the greatest customer services experiences i've ever received at any store ever!!! Anthony makes every interaction pleasurable and easy. Greets everyone with a smile and personifies what customer service means.

Small local postal agent. Service guy remembers your name, even if you go there only 4 times a year like I do. Guy chats to the oldies, and always cheerful, just like country service, this place is old school

I must agree with the previous one star review😞 actually to be perfectly honest they don’t even deserve one star! The customer service is non existent, you feel unwelcome, like you are a bother! The ‘mansplaining’ from the guy at the counter was not appreciated and his judgmental comment about having too many packages delivered was not appreciated either😡 very rude and unhelpful! You need to do better!!!

The previous franchise owner mat (Mathew) was fantastic the best customer service around always happy smiling and new all his customers by there names and the store had a great vibe. I wish i could say the same for the new franchise owner but its the complete opposite now its like going to prison rank and number i mean last name and traking number. Waiting to be served is like watching paint dry long and miserable. Apparently having good custom services and a happy and pleasant demeanour is not a Australia post pre requisite to acquiring a franchise. very disappointed Australia post

I'm really disappointed with this post office. They promised me a coin and kept my money for nearly 6 weeks then told me they can't supply it and they had to refund me. They said it happens a bit so don't trust that they can get one for you. Really annoyed as I missed out on completing my set of coins, I could have bought this online if I knew they couldn't get it. Not happy at all!
