All you have to do is unscrew the handles from the inside of the draws and place outside.
The draws have smooth soft close, metal runners as well as soft black fabric on the base of each draw.

If I could post a negative star review I would. We had to deal with Helen who provided the most appalling customer service I have ever had. She lied and when we caught her out in these moments she became aggressive and abusive. We have the documentation of her lies and false accusations. If anyone has to deal with Dixie Cummings, I truly feel sorry for you. It will be a long and painful process.

If you purchase goods from this company, pray there is nothing wrong with your purchase.Because they will not answer your calls, or reply to your e-mails. Terribly dissapointed with this company

Absolute rubbish. We paid top dollar for a lounge suite only to find it is delivered in pieces, damaged and late. It took three weeks to get a quote for a replacement part that should have been covered under warranty. Do not buy from this company.

Do not deal with this company, they are extremely arrogant and rude and obviously don't want new business. Sales person John was very unprofessional, spoke down to me, couldn't be bothered talking with me and wanted to get me off the phone, didn't send through their catalogue and pricing as promised and never replied to my emails. I was wanting to purchase $100,000 worth of furniture as a trial run. Very disappointing.

According to their sales manager for NSW, Adnan Ismen, selling rusty furniture is acceptable.
Do not buy from them. I've gone through 5 couches and they are all rusty. Customer service is a joke.

Terrible quality, look under your couches under fabric/leather look for rust in brand new stock! Customer service is non existence! Stay away!

Piece of junk they sell. I have to go to consumer court to get my warranty. If possible stay away from their products. They sell in Harvey norman here in WA

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH THE WARRANTY AS IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITEN ON. OUR $5000 LOUNGE FELL TO BITS IN UNDER 3 YEARS AND THEY CLAIMED IT TO BE OUR FAULT SO NO WARRANTY WHAT BULL IT HAS BEEN LOOKED AFTER MORE THAN NORMAL.
