The young man who assisted me today, I believe he mentioned he was a 3 IC, is truly exceptional. I had purchased a faulty paint can, which caused considerable inconvenience and disrupted my painting project. When I returned to the store, I must admit I was frustrated and displayed behavior that I am not proud of. However, he handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and grace. His conduct left a lasting impression on me, and I commend him for his outstanding service. He truly seems like a wonderful individual. My apologies once again for my behavior.

Ben, Cody & Dino as well as the manager were so helpful! Just before Christmas I had done a late online order for a roof rack basket, but I was tired and didn't realise I needed the racks as well (I thought it was a kit). I arrived to pick up my order and they helped me get everything I needed AND even though it was lunchtime they helped to fit the rack and basket to my car, took about 15 minutes. They also showed me how to take the basket off. Thank you so much I had just spent a massive week packing my life up to move to Sydney and we couldn't fit everything in the moving POD, I needed the racks for my kids suitcases with their clothes! Helped so much! Not only that, they made sure I got the correct oil for my car too. And they were all super friendly, happy and helpful! Thanks guys!!

Went to autobarn to get an android auto installed in my car they told me 3 hours it was done in 2 I got home and had trouble setting it up with my Samsung phone I called them they told me to come back and they would fix it I didn’t think so as I thought my phone was too old they kept coming back to fix it which they did I couldn’t be more happy thanks guys next time I’m shouting a round of drinks so very grateful for your help 👍👍👍👍

The young woman in Autobarn made my day . After multiple " computer says no " from various stores including the opposition up the road I was treated with genuine service . A smile , an instant solution and a swift and efficient completion to a difficult tractor application were mine just for the asking .

I stopped in to buy oil for my car. A lovely young man named Riley talked me through what I needed to do- a full change of oil and filter if possible. He got me the right oil, came out to my car with me to have a look and was a bit horrified at the little amount of oil I had… he filled it up for me and also gave me a quick lesson on the importance of having a well oiled engine. I really appreciated his help and patience!

My car battery needed to be replaced. It took its last breath at early morning footy where I made a call to my local Autobarn to investigate replacement.
They put one aside and I advised the man I spoke to on the phone that I wasn’t sure when I’d get there as I had to get the car running first.
When I arrived an hour later, stressed out and scared to turn the car off for fear I’d be stranded with 2 high energy, cold and hungry kids, I saw my battery waiting at the counter.
A lovely young lady put the transaction through straight away and the man who I spoke to in the phone kindly offered to change the battery for me.
10 minutes later I was ready to finally head home with a car that started instantly.
Great customer service like this is hard to come by! I’m so appreciative of how quick and easy my experience was, made all the better by the 2 staff members who looked after me. Thank you 😊

I just received the BEST service from Wilson and Cody at Autobarn Frankston today! I had four new tyres fitted by Jax Tyres yesterday, and didn't realise until today that two of the hubcaps hadn't been put back on! With Jax closed on a Sunday (and the other two hubcaps quite old and scratched), I made an executive decision to get four new hubcaps from Autobarn. Wilson and Cody were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and were happy to go the extra mile and fit the hubcaps on the spot for me. Nothing was too much trouble for these young men, and they are to be commended on their top-notch efforts and attitude. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. I bought car seat covers here and had the pleasure of having two wonderful staff members put them on for me. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly.
Out of all the car shops in this area this one is the best.

I visited Autobarn Frankston last week as I needed my windscreen wipers replaced. The guy that served me came out to my car and removed my old ones and replaced with them with the new ones he helped me purchase. Excellent customer service.
