Samual and the team working on Sunday the 18th of December were absolutely amazing with helping my Mum and I purchase Christmas gifts. We were on a tight budget yet Samual was able to show us many options and was so patient with us. Samual has amazing customer service and we are very thankful for his help.

Bought an engagement ring from here and the service could not have been any better. The store manager Jaylene is a true asset to the company. Spent over an hour with me sourcing the best possible ring on the best possible plan. Patience is key and the ladies there emphasise that to the fullest. Highly recommend this store and its staff. Was assisted by Annie whose service is incomparable to anything I have experienced in a jewellery store ( or any other store for that matter ! ) . Will not go anywhere else from now on !

My husband went in for assistance picking me an anniversary gift. Despite him taking photos of my current jewellery they suggested something completely not my style and that doesn't match. Because it is earrings they will not exchange, even immediately and unworn. Sales assistant did not mention this to him prior to purchase. Don't shop here, waste of money and they don't know anything.

Bought 4 rings incl engagement ring. Diamond has fallen out twice and repairs take for ever. Promises of Tel back at different stages never occurred. Never got a tracking no & when asked Mgr Marina said it was at home & would ring thru. Never happened. Cannot blame Covid for everything especially poor service & broken promises.

This is by far the worst Michael Hill store I have walked into. The ladies were rude and it was obvious they made assumptions that I didn't have money to spend. If anyone knows anything about diamonds, you would know that there is a difference between diamond colours. I was interested in a specific diamond in the store and they could not give me the exact colour or clarity of the ring. They stated it was in the d, E or f colour range I asked a few times which one exactly and they wouldn't tell me, saying it was just in that grouping. Now if I am going to be spending at least $5000, I want to know the exact colour and clarity. They treated my partner and I as if we knew nothing about diamonds. Don't waste your time at this store. Go to more specialist jewellers.

I have bought so many pieces from Michael Hill. From chains to diamond necklaces but my last 2 experiences have been terrible, from a stone missing stone on day 1 and now with my engagement ring. Staff are unaware of what they have available. One person says it's available the next syays it's not. Extremely disappointed.
