i called my normal electrician to carry out a minor repair & replacement of a part to my electrical board. As he was unable to attend he called Michael ( the owner ) to carry out the works. My fatal mistake was that i didn't get a quote for a 5 minute repair & replacement of a $75.00 part ! I received a bill for $598.40. I queried the account with the technician ( after the repairs were carried out ) & he advised min call out fee is $375.00 ! high way robbery to say the least ! Get a quote before hand !
