Joe and his team were great! He came to our house and understood exactly what I was after. He recommended great options at reasonable prices. He is very experienced and knowledgeable of his products. A very tidy installation completed within a couple of days of ordering. They were very tidy and took great care to clean up and ensure they did a quality job. I would highly recommend, particularly if you live in the Willoughby area.

Joe and his whole team were great from start to finish - true professionals. Joe recommended some heating/cooling options for us and after speaking to some competitors we realised Joe was top of his game and competitive. So…we shouldn’t have been surprised (but we were) when our air-con unit died a couple of weeks ago (in January 2024), just as Sydney headed into a heatwave, and we called Jaicrest. Not only did they remember us from a minor job about five years ago, but Joe was around to see what was going wrong with the system within an hour. After opening it up and checking the compressors the smell alone suggested that the system needed replacing, and Joe talked us through a few choices and rough costs.

It was clear that they had a very busy schedule, and it looked like there would be a 10-day wait before a new system could be installed, but at least the guys just got moving and did as much piecemeal prep as they could prior to the job. The opportunity came up to install earlier though, and they got straight to work. Our house is quite old, and there was a lot of messing around required in the roof for installation - but they were in and out in an afternoon, the place was spotless, and all of the old materials and rubbish were disposed of. We couldn’t be happier with our new air conditioning unit, and we know we can trust Jaicrest to do their absolute best for us. Thanks so much Joe and team!

As I write this review it’s 38 degrees outside, Joe and the family team have just left and I’m feeling cool and comfortable in 20 degrees. Jaicrest is a slick and professional team who arranged and completed the installation of two beautiful Daikin air-con units in record time. They worked efficiently in the heat to install the units. We are delighted with the outcome and very pleased that we found Joe who not only knows his stuff but is a delight to deal with.

Jaicrest is by far the best air-conditioning company I came across. Joe is very experienced and professional, he provides me not only top quality products, but advice and practical solution that best meets my needs.

In terms of service, they are second to none. There was heavy rainstorm in the night after the day of installation, and storm water flooded our lounge from the air-conditioning inlet.

Joe got into bed already when I texted him. He came to my place in 20 minutes, helping us to disconnect the draining hose with limited tools and no ladders, at 10pm under heavy rain!

He correctly diagnosed that it was the downpipes that were blocked which caused the flooding, and recommended me his plumber to fix them up.

He also cleaned up my lounge together with me, and left my place after 11:30pm. What can I say? A company that walks an extra mile to serve their customers.

Joe was great. My aircon stopped working after an overnight power outage. Joe explained how to reset the unit over the phone to get it working again. Saved me a potentially costly service call.

We had an excellent experience with Joe and the Jaicrest Air team. We had searched for many years, trying to find someone to install our aircon in an existing house. It was a difficult design and install and we were very fussy clients. However Jaicrest Air was all over it. They went above and beyond our expectations. We could not be happier with the job.

The ONLY place to go for your air-conditioning needs! Joe and his team are superb in all regards: from recommending the perfect unit for the space (taking into account future needs too), to quality installation with minimal disruption. They even go the extra mile to hide the conduits so that it is not intrusive. It was fully installed from start to finish in three hours with no sign that the team had even been there. The unit Joe recommended is quiet both inside and out but instantly cools our living room. I would always recommend Jaicrest if you're getting air-conditioning.

Used Jaicrest to repair our air conditioner which had stopped working. Joe deduced what the problem was likely to be before they arrived, thereby ensuring they had the parts in the van and could therefor fix the problem with one visit. Edgar, their technician, was very competent and good to deal with. Our air conditioner was our of action for less than a day. Highly recomended.
