Matt at the Plumbing Group responded prompty to my call Saturday evening re a failure of my septic pump-out tank. After discussion, the problem did not require an immediate call out but his guys were there first thing Monday morning to resolve the issue. Full marks for responsiveness, communication and professional service, my experience is that this is a company you can rely on! As was my earlier dealings with them in March 2023 on another matter. Good people!

After using a few different plumbers these guys consistently provide quality service. They arrive quickly, give good advice and explanation, and do the job without hiccups.

Fantastic service, extremely quick response time and David came out gave quote to instal water filtration system. Called me after a few days to follow up, decided to proceed and next they called and fitted us in straight away. Dave, Michelle and the team went beyond expectations when they attended to issues relating to the replacement of my solar hot water system recirculating pump. No-one wants to lose their hot water system in the winter so Dave did what was necessary to keen the hot water flowing while a replacement pump was being sourced.

The service was excellent. They fitted me in the same day I rang( and that was the week before Christmas); they arrived promptly on time and the tradesman was top quality- very professional, explained how to use and care for the new gas top and was friendly and approachable.

Good at problem solving and practical in their solutions. They have customers’ interest at the forefront. They went above and beyond to deliver a good solution. During the project, the team leader on site, was always offering suggestions and solutions due to his wealth of knowledge he has in the plumbing industry. Nothing was a problem to him and he always endeavoured to make sure it was the best complete solution as if this was his place.

We had a blockage in our septic that was backing up our toilets. I called The Plumbing Group on the after hours number. David Campbell returned my call in a matter of minutes. I explained to David what I had tried to do so far which hadn’t worked.
David recommended I try another way of clearing the blockage before they came out. David explained that if it didn’t work he would send someone out, but he let me know it often works, and could save me 100’s of dollars.
I tried what David had recommended and within minutes the drain was clear!!
David showed me honesty, integrity, and support which is a rare thing in the trade industry these days even when you’re paying!
Other plumbers would have charged me 100’s to drive all the way out here for a few minutes work...and that’s ok I guess.. but David chose to help me.
The least I can do is let everyone know that if I ever need a plumber again I won’t hesitate to call The Plumbing Group!

My water pump stopped working at 3pm Sunday afternoon. I’m on acreage with water tanks and I called The Plumbing Group as they had an after hours 24/7 emergency plumbing service. After asking a few questions of me on the phone, a plumber was dispatched and arrived an hour or so after my call. Shane was an experienced plumber and he diagnosed the problem and had a new pump hooked up and working within the hour. Very happy with the quick response and to have water back on so quickly.

Excellent service. Two other plumbers we called were not helpful. David from The Plumbing Group was on time, very knowledgeable, had all the right equipment, well spoken and well mannered. He cleared sewer blockage, worked out what was causing it. Then arranged the excavator, fixed the sewer and showed us what was the cause. Then recognised the banging pipes in the house were due to wrong HWS valve installed from when house built...replaced it...no more water pipes banging. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service from the receptionist through to the plumber that arrived. Accepted the delimma I was in and moved heaven and earth to help me with my problem. Can't thank them enough.

Monday morning 06.30 - kitchen ceiling dripping! Phoned regular plumber - on holiday help! Checked on line and found The Plumbing Group. Phoned at 06.40, no problem would get someone to us ASAP. At 08.00 Shane arrived and quickly located the problem without drama, removed en-suite toilet, replaced relevant part and put back everything as was.
