Rey and his team were extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing a bbq grill.

They displayed a high level of professionalism and were knowledgeable in their field. The store was clean and its layout was able to showcase their many products.

I had a pleasant experience and am already wanting to return to buy more accessories.

Bought a Genesis from Rosa - exceptional customer service and knowledge. She was not pushy and took the time to explain the features throughout the range and what may cater for my needs best (given I also have a kettle and have reasonable bbq experience). All the team was helpful too with the collection process. Could not fault the team - hats off to Rosa, it was a great experience!!

Exceptional service from Javier and Reymark. Very knowledgeable team, answered all questions I had. Gave me great advice and recommendations, even got offered a cooking demo and some pizza they had just made. Come here if you’re looking for a quality bbq served by a professional and friendly team

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Dont know his name but the tall bloke who was assisting me in choosing a Yeti cup and Yeti duffle bag was excellent. The mrs was luckily with me and bought a bunch of Yeti gear for me as an early birthday present 😏. Overall the service here was great and they have excellent range of products! Also had a free egg burger and water!!

Fantastic experience! I wasn’t sure what BBQ to purchase, and Rey put to me the different options which helped me with my decision making. He is so patient and so knowledgeable – an expert! The meat he cooked was beyond delicious as he taught me how to get the most out of the barbeque. By the end of the lesson, I was truly inspired with new knowledge. He genuinely wanted me to be happy before making the decision. I am excited about my purchase! I can’t thank and recommend Rey and Weber Moore Park highly enough.

I visited the weber barbecue shop in Moorpark on the 5th of June 2023 and there was assisted by Javier and Ray who are very professional sales persons. They introduced me to different types of barbecues in the shop and assisted me to choose one which suits my budget and needs. I enjoyed food Rey cooked in the store. It was unbelievable and so delicious. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience in your shop today.

Went to Weber at Moore Park and got to cook my own steak in store. Amazing experience, great customer service. Upgraded from my old Family Q to the brand new Genesis. I highly recommend Oliver and the team.

Went to the store to check out their range of yeti products. Staff are very knowledgeable and polite and not pushy one bit. Big shout out to Oliver. He was just amazing. I had a thousand questions and he knew all the answers, he didn’t pressure me to buy anything and knew when to let me browse and wonder around without hovering over me.
I was in the store for over an hour contemplating what to buy. Went in there to just browse, but ended up getting 7 products. If your ever thinking about yeti or Webber products, I would highly suggest you check out Moore park BBQ’S at Moore park supa center. Oh- and they have free parking there. ☺

His customer service, professionalism and product knowledge was exceptional. I was able to place an order over the phone and it was ready for collection in under 15 minutes. As a bonus they also sell products other than Weber so I was able to pick up some great Yeti flasks.

When I heard about the 70th anniversary kettles, I called the store up and put my name down on the list. I was delighted to get a call from the store as promised, well ahead of the kettles arriving. Thanks so much to Oliver in particular for helping me through the steps to get my hands on one of these special bbqs without the stress of having to rock up on the day they arrive. Your passion for the brand is awesome and couldn't believe you were as excited as I was to secure my lime green - will definitely be coming back and recommending to all.

I walked in the the Weber store at Moore park to buy a Weber Family Q. And I had a great retail experience. I was met by Oliver and he was easy to deal with. He understood what I wanted and the deal was done. Then he commented on my Spiderbait T Shirt.Ah.. a fellow fan.. So I will be back for a few accessories in the near future.

We were looking to buy a high-end charcoal BBQ as a gift for a 50th birthday and called Weber Moore Park. We spoke with Lyn who was an absolute delight to deal with - she was friendly, helpful, informative and made everything so easy - she even called me back when my phone kept dropping out. Lyn followed up with a number of emails as promised. We then visited Lyn in-store and again she was wonderful - she explained the whole delivery process and already had our accessories ready to go in bags when we arrived. Lyn is cheerful, good-natured and lighthearted but also professional and knowledgable. Whenever we need anything BBQ in the future we will return to Lyn and Weber as the service has been outstanding. It's hard to find great customer service these days but we have been very impressed by the service we received. Thank you!

Went to the store today to buy a Yeti cooler.
Was fed, watered and managed to purchase the cooler in the colour I wanted. Excellent range of items, well-presented store and the guy who served us was a bloody legend!

We bought a Weber bbq from Oliver today. He literally pulled out a steak and gave us a proper tutorial on how to use it.
