Required to locate a water leak. Prompt reply. Prompt action. Very friendly and never a grizzle, even in the extreme heat. Considering the work done, the charges were probably a little less than expected.(Won't tell them that though!!) Definitely recommend Bones for plumbing service.

Was a great overall experience using Bones Plumbing. The team showed up on time and the technician was thorough with his work. Showed me his findings and discussed options to repair so I had an understanding of what was required. We will be using Bones Plumbing again in the future.

The guys at Bones advised on what was required for our kitchen renovations, we got them in first and they walked through everything with us, checked where the pipes were and advised on what was possible or not. They provided a rough estimate on the spot for all work and the cost came in very close to the final amount. They were always professional and were on time, if they were running late they let us know. The work they did was excellent and they left the place cleaner than when they started. We have used Bones a couple of times now and would not hesitate in recommending them for any job.

We were very impressed with Bones Plumbing. From the admin staff to the tradies they were all very efficient, communicate well, friendly and professional. We had a roof and guttering installed on our back deck and hot water system installed. Will definitely use Bones Plumbing for any future work.

Called spoke to Emily she was so professional and very good a getting back to you as soon as there was a plumber in the area. We where told by another plumber that we need to cut our drive way to clear the blockage but Scott went in with his skill and experience and got the balls out of the storm water drains and then asked if we would like him to check all the other down pipes with his Jet hose to make sure no other blockages are in there. Went above and beyond.
