Scanned my feet, provided recommendations and talked me through the differences in each one.

Amazing service received by Baylin today. He was very polite, patient, professional and respectful. He certainly has a lot of knowledge regarding all the different brands of shoes and what shoes suit me.
He even assisted in putting on and taking off the shoes as I tried them on!!
His mother should be very proud of the young man she has raised!

Couldn’t recommend Jeremy enough. As a support worker, took 2 child clients to get new shoes. Jeremy made the whole experience fun and a safe environment for the kids! Even when walking out one of the girls said “I liked that man”! Thank you for making the girls feel comfortable and being so understanding.

After purchasing a pair of shoes that actually caused a lot of foot pain I was welcomed back to the store to exchange or return the shoes no questions asked despite having worn them. I was re-fitted by Liam who was friendly, efficient and had fantastic product knowledge. Would highly recommend the store for its staff and it’s outstanding service.

I received Wonderful service at the Frankston Store from a young man named James ( a trainee). Very attentive and informative and he helped me make the best runner selection for my feet - as opposed to the brand I went in thinking I would buy. First long walk today and not a blister or any discomfort at all. Thanks for your great service James. Love my new Saucony runners.

5 star service and special shout out (management I hope you’re reading :D ) to Jeremy! I came to get fitted for new shoes and brought my young toddler with me. Jeremy chatted to me and my daughter, making the service so much more pleasant. I ended up buying shoes that seem to fit perfectly! The whole thing took max 20mins if not less (not rushed just very knowledgeable so it didn’t require long time).
All other staff at the shop seemed happy and were welcoming too.

I visited TAF - Frankston today. The guy who served me was not only knowledgable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I have troublesome and painful feet and I left today much happier and in less pain that when I arrived. My only disappointment, is that I didn't get his name to commend him personally. Thank you.
