Came in today 28/02/24 and last at front was so kind with my unusual matter, showed incredible sympathy and support. I will be returning to this branch as my new regular due to the fantastic customer service (as a retail worker myself) please thank her for saving me out of an awful situation 🩷

Had an ATM issue unfortunately today, but the lady who worked on the floor (30 June) is very pleasant to deal with. She is happy, professional, efficient and well trained. She deserves an award for the amount of customers she looked after. Thanks for your help too!

I visited the branch on Friday afternoon and experienced probably the best customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. The woman who served me was polite, friendly and very helpful. My query was addressed very quickly.

Unsure what the negative reviews were based on, as they seem far removed from what I experienced.

CLOSE THIS BRANCH IMMEDIATELY! Not one single employee in this branch is capable of working to be able to assist and help customers. There may as well be a permanent sign at the front that says “use the app or the ATM”. Because those are the only words you will hear from the unwilling, incompetent, miserable and rude staff.

Very unprofessional also who ever served me she definitely doesnt wanna work keep saying that i can do it online which i already explained the situation if i(customer) gonna do every thing our self whats the point you guys staying there shouldnt compare with other bank but very disappointing

20 minute wait in queue and line going out the door. 2 people serving. This NAB needs to ensure staffing levels match customer demand. Not good enough!

One atm not working, the other 2 with long queues today, 28/03/24 at 11 am. Staff inside not interested. If this is your attitude I may change after 30 years as there is no benefit to me

Worst customer service ever!! Indian girl was rude and not helpful at all!! If you need help with your bank account, DO NOT go here! Go somewhere else. Time wasting and don’t think they know at they’re doing!

Poor level of service. Open spacing design of the branch which breachs confidentiality. Can hear what other customers conversations are with staff. NAB needs to rethink this type of banking service. Customers want respect of their time!

It’s very sad to go into a bank with all your saved up coins. To then be told to seperate them. I asked if the teller could help. Was advised it’s not their role and then was told to go to another location. All just to deposit coins. What type of service is that? It’s money, this is a bank. The poorest service I’ve ever received.

Incompetent staff, rude and misleading service from Mrs Tamra. She was not transparent, called her out on her mistake didn't apologise wasted my time for approximately 2 hours did not resolve urgent concerns. Breach of privacy concerns because they talked loudly about my matters when other customers were 1 - 2m away. Disgusting service doesn't work with integrity abuses their position doesn't care about customers' concerns and disrespectful. Further training and investigation is encouraged lacking interpersonal skills. Better off not working in face to face environment. Anz just opened across from them much more friendly.

I don't understand how this branch is still operational, countless incidents between terrible customer service, poor attitude, mishaps between missing cards and deposits (cash and cheque), and being unable to process simple requests. they tell you do you do things online or through the ATM because it is significantly easier than dealing with them personally. Commonwealth Bank is a few shops down, highly recommend switching to them, do not switch People choice you will get the same NAB experience. dealing with NAB representatives not related to branch has always been a blessing.... how could this branch get it so wrong?

They don’t have a money counter…banks take and give money…but no money counter hahaha. 2 tellers and always a 20 min wait.

Kfc should get rid of their deep fryers.

Be warned not to go to this branch. Went last Friday (26 Nov 2021) at around 1:30PM and the queue is long it reached the entrance area. The staff at the counter do not care and you can tell there's no sense of urgency from them. Staff need further training. I waited for 40 mins in queue and only to be told off that I need another paper document for name change process. Before going here, I already called NAB hotline to confirm the process, went to the branch and they provided the documents I need to submit. I prepared them and went back. While queuing, there was another customer where the NAB staff is being condescending to her and everybody can hear. You will be shouted at and told the wrong information. Did not argue anymore and left and moved to another NAB branch - they processed my request without any questions or issues. No drama. Completed the process in just 10 mins on the same day. I think this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had where I needed to write a review to spare other customers their precious time.
