I love this pet store. Every members are friendly and love the bird. It’s almost one year since we get this beauty to my family, perfect partner with kids and quiet accompany while working from home. They are my true family members.

The reason that I rate 5 stars is all that benefits as above are based on John and his team’s full of love and professional pet treatment approaches.

Wow what an amazing place and such helpful staff. We had been looking out for a pet bird for a while now and just dropped in there by chance and picked up our new baby. The staff gave us thorough instructions and demonstrated how to hand feed the bird. Thank you so much for your help ;)

Just bought a major Mitchell cockatoo from John today. Very beautiful healthy bird, and the price is reasonable. John is really helpful and gave us lots of info about raising a cockatoo.

John (the owner) is just the best, he gives you the best advices, supports you anytime and look after all the animals in his shop in the most caring / professional way- I would only buy birds from him/ he made us one happy family ❤

What a amazing store the staff were just fantastic and so welcoming and friendly they set up a beautiful fish tank for my son’s first fish and took out a gorgeous bird for him to see what a amazing experience and it made my son so happy.please take your kids there to admire the wonderful birds and talk to the amazing staff. Had so much knowledge, some beautiful and well looked after birds (that’s all I cared about - oops) and were so helpful with even setting us on the correct path to getting the right help our birds needed that we’d obtained from another pet store and were declining.

I had 1 love bird and I bought 3 more and those 3 were very good one named me bombastic and another named blue,berry and berry died and then they gave me a lovebird for half price

I love this place, very experienced and honest staff especially Cassandra who usually sells me a lot of Goldfinches, she is very smart in differentiating between make and female. Very helpful and patience. The owner is such a gentleman , loves his job and make you always feel welcomed. You might put extra 10 $ on their birds but you will surely buy a healthy and looked after pet.

Lovely pet shop. Amazing collection of birds. Went to get some fish for my son's first fish tank. Excellent service the man who runs it gave us great advice on which fish suited us best and how to take care of them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I gave my green cheek conure peanut there for boarding, he isn't fully weaned yet, John took good care of him and even hand fed him for the 5 days he was there. amazing service. the staff there are excellent! he seems like he enjoyed his stay there.

John raises beautiful hand reared birds. We bought our Cockatiel there recently and he is such a sweet little bird. The staff is experienced and friendly and always happy to answer questions or give advice.

Absolutely the best place for bird sitting. Not only is the price cheap. They are also friendly and nice to talk to. The species and types of birds there are limitless and vary in colors. Definitely one of the top places to visit when I want to buy a bird.

This owner is an expert on birds all types. I went there for a budgie and he selected one who is now a little ripper, placid and friendly. Supplied a 2 page printed guide and got me started. Main point want to make is the staff there have passion for their birds.

Birds are in great condition and very happy when I visited today. The people working today love their birds and know what they are talking about. Would love to buy their blue bonded Quaker parrots they have there, lovely pair.
