I have been going to see Carinne for over 10 years now and could not recommend her enough. She is so professional, takes time to really understand what is going on and constantly thinks outside the box in how to best treat you. Her range of treatments caters for everyone, although the deep tissue remedial massage is phenomenal! The new premises is fantastic with plenty of on street parking. Definitely worth the short drive to Warragamba!

I can not recommend Carinne at Body Rescue strong enough. I have been seeing her for approx 2 years now & honestly believe she has helped me to be able to move around & walk, due to my back regularly seizing up.

I really love that Carinne gives such holistic information for problem muscle areas. This way not only does the massage relax you, you are also prepared with what is exacerbating a pre-existing issue and ways to improve. I enjoy my massages so much I had to refer two of my family members also!
