Barrons Tyre & Mechanical

We got a tire blow out on the camper trailer while driving to Warrumbungle NP over Labour Weekend. The blow out damaged both our solar connection and the handbrake cable. We had a tire spare for the trailer, so we swapped this on the roadside at 12.30am. Arrived at the NP at 3.15am absolutely buggered.

Called Barrons first thing Saturday and was told unlikely to fix this but come down. We drove there and received amazing assistance from such a nice guy. Both connector and cable (temporary handbrake fix but will last our holiday) were resolved. So happy! Highly recommend.

Arrived before opening time with a differential issue. On the road again within 2 hours... Thank you

Having a punctured tractor tyre 20kms out of town and thinking I would have to wait a few days Tim was out that afternoon even after hours and had it all repaired it under two hours. Can’t rate these guys high enough!! Fantastic friendly service.

Fuel line was torn 10km outside of Coonabarabran on a trip from Melbourne to Coffs Harbour before Xmas. Thought it might be the end of our holiday. Barron's got our car fixed within hours and didn't overcharge us for the repairs - the price was more than reasonable. Couldn't rate them more highly.

Great service from Barrons tyres. Travelling through Coonabarabran we had a flat truck tyre we first tried Chapman tyres (well they are a joke)only to go to Barron's. They fixed us up straight away. Thanks guys.

Amazing. Awesome service. Broke down 15km out of town. They had my car at their shop on a truck in 45 minutes and a new alternator in and car repaired by just after lunch. Can not speak highly enough of the staff and service.

The guys at Barron's were great, replaced the radiator on my Cruser 200 series in a day while we were on our travels, price was more than reasonable. Great service guys, love ya work, cheers - happy customer and would highly recommend

Thank you so much to the team at Barron today. We stopped by chance in Coonabarabran and noticed a problem with our caravan’s suspension. It was a simple problem but could have been catastrophic if not addressed. They fixed it on the spot, despite obviously being busy.

I have been a regular customer for years and always been impressed by the competence and friendliness of Warren, Tammy and the crew. No matter if I came with tiny niggly fiddly jobs or something bigger they were always happy to assist fast and efficiently. Having come from Sydney last year and moving regional I knew it was going to be hard to find all over again a honest and efficient mechanic. Some credit will have to go to the previous home owner as she recommended Barron’s Tyre and Mechanical service in Coonabarabran. These guys by far have been the best mechanics I have ever had to deal with. Nationwide if I was stuck anywhere I would be insisting my car is returned to them! I regularly get my car and my daughters serviced there, they are extremely honest, efficient and well priced. They do their best to accomodate the needs of drop offs and pick ups. Report when something in the car needs a change soon, and are genuine in their advice, that kind of service is becoming rarer to find ! They are one of the gems of Regional NSW and if I have friends or family visiting me I will insist they wait to have their car serviced at their locals and get it serviced instead at Barron’s because this is a service I trust. I drive just over 80kms to get there and it is has been worth it time and time again. They explain exactly what needs to be fixed in non mechanic terminology and for someone like me who likes to know what is wrong without feeling confused it’s perfect. They are always very busy and it can take days or couple of weeks to get in to see them but whenever I have had an emergency they have always taken me straight away and they never complain and happy to accomodate.
