Always have good experiences here. Staff are quick to help me the store is well stocked. I do a lot of click and collect also and have never had an issue.My cats love all the products!

Just got a new puppy and needed a bit of help, the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful, they even gave me a new puppy care kit which had a puppy guide, food, treats and her first worming and flea treatment in it. Because of the quality of the products, services and staff, pet barn is the place ill be going for my puppy, excited for puppy school!!! ♡

My go to petbarn. I don't really do a lot of shopping here I just mainly come for the DIY dog wash. Always makes my doggos smell so fabulous and so much better than the Petstock DIY wash.

Just wanted to say thank you to the grooming staff for the genuine, gentle and loving care they have shown to my dogs over the years. Maxy Oi Oi (RIP), and now Ruby, who as a rescue can get quite anxious at times. Today, I peeked in the window, and saw them giving little Miss Ruby a kiss and a cuddle after clipping her nails, before very gently lifting her off the table on to the floor once finished. The genuine affection these ladies have for the animals in their care is just fabulous. Thank you

Excellent pet store with a wide range of products to suit all pets at competitive prices. My favourite with this store in particular is the staff. They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always happy to give great advice, especially useful for those with new furry family members (or any pet in general). They really go above and beyond, which is why we constantly return for our pet requirements.

Amazing service here. We've bought a few 🐕 harnesses as the puppy grew and the help was awesome.

Running belt lead has been an amazing purchase and makes running with the German Shepherd much easier for both of us!

Advice on food with great product knowledge. Australian mate options which we're really happy with. So is the dog.

Above all though we keep going back because of the service.

Absolutely lovely staff, I always get such good service here when I shop for my pets. Food can be pricy but they offer price matching which is fantastic, just have the page read to go for them and there always happy to match it.

Wide variety of stuff for your pets needs.
Quite busy when we have come on the weekend, but the staff were friendly and competent.
It is good to be able to come in and look at things you want for your pet and not have to worry if the size is right, or what the build quality is like.

Great shop for all your pet needs. The loyalty program is also great and if needed I can always order online with a delivery within hours.

Took my husky in today for a nail trim, they did such a brilliant job despite his size and strength! Well done to the two lovely ladies who treated him with utter patience and care, very professional.

I love this store! The manager, Hayley is so friendly and knowledgeable. I can ask them questions about food, products and even behaviours to do with my cat Balor. Happy customer and a happy cat!!
