Friendly Pharmacy

I’m so glad I chose this pharmacy to prepare my medication pills and tablets and blister packs because I’m going on eighty five years of age and I suffer from Parkinson’s disease and osteoarthritis which makes it difficult for me to take my medications. Im not from the central coast but frequent this pharmacy. Yesterday my eyes were both red raw and near closed from being so so swollen. I could not get into any doctor and there was an 8hr wait at wyong hospital. The lady (did not get her name) that served me mutiple times through the day was amazing. Always showed empathy and helped me alin anyway possible. The pharmacist was also amazing and ended up giving me drops to sooth my eyes so i could atleast drive the 5hr trip home. I kept going back to this pharmacy during trying to get appointments with drs as they made me feel like i was important and not a burden.

They've been friendly and helpful, every time I have put in or pick-up a script. Pharmacists were helpful highlighting medication effects etc. Something most doctors ignore...

Very professional friendly staff. I have read some of the negative reviews and disagree with them . Pharmacists have guidelines to adhere to. If a script is questioned it is because it has been flagged on a database not because the pharmacist is judging you. They are just doing their job responsibly.

Absolutley fantastic. My medication has been out of stock for months from the manufacturer. I tried other chemists but to no avail. They kept ordering for me and then rang me immediately when it was in stock. Also i needed another medication which they had sold out of that particular day, but phoned other chemists for me and found one which had one left. Saved me from driving around and phoning all day. Wonderful service. Also great product knowledge from the staff. Very helpful. My Chemist from now on.

Love calling into the chemist when I'm up the coast. They have the best collection of giftware, great range of candles. The girls that work there are always so lovely!

Always get friendly service and great advice. Get a 15% discount on non prescriptions by becoming a member. Probably not worth the annual fee of $10 for only a one off visit but definitely worth it if this is your local.

I had the flu jab there today and have been a customer there for nearly two years. The staff are always friendly, helpful and informative. I can honestly say that this is the best pharmacy I have been to.

So helpful, so friendly, the name suits. the membership program is fantastic, i get 15% off all of my vitamins and make-up. what more could a girl want.
