Yesterday, I went there for a tooth extraction, and I was absolutely scared about it. I've had a crown for a few years with regular infections, and X-rays showed that I may have a crack in my root. Other dentists had told me that the extraction might be absolutely tricky. National Dental Care quoted me $642 for the extraction, saying they couldn't even promise me that I wouldn't need surgery.

Yesterday, I decided to see Dr. Tendai. I spoke to him, showed him my X-rays, and he reassured me. Then, I decided to ask him to pull out my tooth. He received me in "emergency" in less than 20 minutes and even allowed me to bring my speaker to listen to music and put me at ease.

He and his assistant were absolutely awesome with me, trying to put me as much comfortable as possible. This is not the first tooth I had extracted, but this is the first time that the job has been done so gently, just like a breeze. And I paid $200, less than a third of the price quoted by National Dental Care, who couldn't even guarantee me that things would go well.

Today, I don't even have any pain, I'm a bit swollen, which is absolutely normal. I don't usually take the time to give reviews when I'm happy, like everybody who mostly write reviews to complain. But guys, I can only recommend him to you.

Can't fault this dentist and team. More then once they have got me in for an emergency appointment.

Also If you get anxious about going to the dentist I highly recommend going to this one as they make you feel very at easy 😊

The staff here are really helpful and friendly. They will help you even if have a tight budget. They went out of their way to help me, if you need a dentist, this one is the best in town hands down.

Excellent service

I was a client of Dr Tendai’s when he was at National dental Clinic Mt. Isa (just before he opened his clinic) and that is where he did all the damage that will cost thousands of dollars as he has drilled up into my sinuses that cause me constant grief but he is being investigated by AHPRA. So no, you won’t find me on your system as I will never go anywhere near him after the damage and pain he has caused.

I have had dental work done by this dentist and it turns out he has created over $3,600 worth of damage that I now need to go and see a specialist in Brisbane for and he is not willing to pay for the damages he has caused to me.
