The two staff members I talked to were super friendly and really helpful. I enjoy the variety of flavours they have here - there is something for everyone and there’s always a new flavour to try.

Fiona helped me find a great black tea to enjoy in the morning. She was so lovely to talk to. Plus her customer service was fantastic as she didnt pressure me into anything and explained things really well. Can't wait to finish my tea to come back and get more 😊😊

Love the store. The staff are so friendly, reliable and helpful!As with other T2s, the layout is well spaced out which is so good because it allows you to navigate your way through the store easily. Great variety of teas available here. Lovely assortment of tea wares too. If you ever feel like treating yourself to any of the wonderful tea wares, T2 staff will always help you pick out the perfect cup / mug / tea pot.

OMFG! I love this place, for a myriad of reasons. Reason 1 - the tea is just delicious. Reason 2 - there are so many flavours, you could try a different one each week, and it would take over five years to sample them all. Reason 3 - the tea accessories are almost as yummy as the tea, so are very hard to resist. No, actually, that's a reason to stay well away, unless you have plenty of money and plenty of space at home (kidding, kind of). Reason 4 - they treat their regular customers very well - I recommend becoming a member of the T2 Tea Society. Reason 5 - the staff are SO genuinely friendly. And I don't mean incredibly helpful (although they're certainly that), I mean just good, old-fashioned friendly. Especially a couple of lovely young women named Alex and Bree. Love your work.

I'd never shopped in T2 before but I was greeted warmly by the sales assistant who helped me find everything I was looking for. I can't remember her name but she provided excellent customer service and she is a credit to your company!

The two gals manning this T2 shop deserve a promotion or raise. Friendly, helpful and always ready to brew fresh cups to allow you to sample. This level of customer service stands out from the other T2 outlets, which in many times, can be rather disappointing.

Just fantastic! This is my go-to T2 ! I have always been so well-adviced by the staff there and they are so nice! I'm a bit picky because I've tried quite a few teas in the same flavours and I always ask for something sort of the same but different, and today Gemma recommended the Lemmington that I hadn't even seen but smells amazing!
The shop is not super big but really well organised !

I love Tea! and T2 give me the ability to enjoy this interest of my to the fullest. The provide free taster in there shop of some of the Teas (Both Hot and Iced) there staff are very knowledgeable about the different varieties of teas and they offer a wide variety of book, Tea and Cups and Teapots for each personality. T2 is also very popular brand of tea up and down Glebe point road with many of the cafe offering there tea.

Typical great selection of fantastic teas. Prices a bit up there, but when you want something different, why not?

I went into this shop three evenings consecutively and had great customer service and got to try free samples of my choosing. Would definitely recommend this store.
